A domestic appliance, and a dishwasher in particular, which includes a rack which is able to be reversibly pulled out from within the dishwasher for the placement of dishware and/or crockery, wherein the rack includes an actuator configured to rotate a multi-sided rotatable tine body such as to select between a discrete number of predetermined tine configurations which differ in tine height, spacing, and the distance between tines.

The present invention relates to a stemware holder unit (1) for holding a stemware (23) in a predetermined position in a dishwasher cup shelf (13), said stemware holder unit (1) comprising a flexible holding element (2) adapted to hold a stem (22) of said stemware (23). The holding element (2) comprises a first attachment portion (3) and a second attachment portion (4) adapted to be movably interconnected with said dishwasher cup shelf (13). The stemware holder unit (1) has a loading state, in which said holding element (2) is adapted to receive said stem (22) of said stemware (23), and a secured state, in which said holding element (2) is adapted to secure said stem (22) of said stemware (23), and wherein, in said loading state, said holding element (2) is essentially unfolded, and in said secured state, said holding element (2) is folded and essentially enclosing said stem (22) of said stemware (23). The present invention further relates to a dishwasher cup shelf (13) comprising at least one stemware holder unit, and to a dishwasher basket assembly (16) comprising such a dishwasher cup shelf (13).

Disclosed herein is including a basket including an improved dish support structure. The dishwasher includes a basket provided to accommodate dishes. The basket includes a basket body, an upper holder frame including one end supporting a portion of the dish and the other end rotatably coupled to the basket body, and a lower holder frame including one end supporting the other portion of the dish supported by the upper holder frame, and the other end rotatably coupled to the basket body. A distance between one end of the upper holder frame and one end of the lower holder frame is adjusted as one of the upper holder frame and the lower holder frame is rotated.

A dishwasher includes a storage rack. The storage rack includes a frame defining a storage space of a washing target; a side rack disposed to be rotatable with respect to the frame and configured to support the washing target; and a holder coupled to the frame and configured to guide the rotation of the side rack. The side rack can maintain a posture in which the side rack supported by the holder is inclined at a preset angle with respect to the holder.

A dishwasher appliance and a wash assembly for tubular articles in a dishwasher includes a base forming a conduit, a nozzle fluidly coupled to the conduit and configured to fit within a reusable straw such that the nozzle provides a dedicated flow of wash fluid to the inside of the straw. The wash assembly includes a retainer system to removably secure the straw to the wash assembly. The retainer system may include a resilient clip secured to the nozzle and deformable to accept and release the straw.

Bottle washer assemblies for dishwasher appliances are provided. A bottle washer assembly includes a main conduit defining a main passage for flowing wash fluid therethrough. The bottle washer assembly further includes a spray tine, the spray tine including a conduit defining a passage for flowing wash fluid therethrough. The passage is in selective fluid communication with the main passage. The conduit is movable between a first position wherein wash fluid flow into the passage is permitted and a second position wherein wash fluid flow into the passage is restricted relative to the wash fluid flow in the first position.

A cutlery drawer for a dishwasher includes a frame extendably supported within a washing tub and a plurality of inserts which are movably disposed on the frame and are configured to hold dishware items to be washed. The plurality of inserts include a horizontally displaceable disposed on the frame so as to be horizontally displaceable in a direction perpendicular to a direction of withdrawal of the cutlery drawer and a vertically displaceable insert disposed on the frame so as to be vertically displaceable. The horizontally displaceable insert has longitudinal sides extending in the direction of withdrawal of the cutlery drawer and is disposed on the frame so as to be vertically displaceable at one of the longitudinal sides.

The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher. The dishwasher, according to one aspect of the present disclosure, comprises: a cabinet having an opening formed in the front thereof; a tub disposed inside the cabinet; and a rack disposed so as to be withdrawable to the front through the opening from inside the tub. The rack comprises: a basket in which objects to be washed are seated; and a holding apparatus disposed on the upper side of the basket. The holding apparatus comprises: a base bar connected to the basket and extending in the direction intersecting with the front-rear direction; a plurality of support bars extending upward from the base bar so as to be spaced from each other along the extending direction of the base bar; and a gap opened in the front-rear direction between the plurality of support bars. Thus, tableware such as a knife may be easily accommodated.
