MEASUREMENT APPARATUS FOR MEASURING A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN A DEGREE OF CURE AND A SPECIFIC VOLUME OF A PACKAGING MATERIAL
An apparatus for measuring a degree of cure and a specific volume of a packaging material is provided, including: an upper load module configured for driving the rotation of an upper ball screw via an upper servo motor such that a force plate coupled to the upper ball screw moves downward and is thus positioned; a lower load module having a lower ball screw operating and moving via a lower servo motor such that a load joint group connected to the lower ball screw generates a corresponding displacement; an upper film cavity module connected to the upper load module; and a lower film cavity module disposed on the lower load module. The displacement of the load joint group enables a push rod to move upward. A heating pipe keeps constant the temperature of a subject to be measured in a cavity of the lower film cavity module.

A warpage stiffness measuring apparatus includes a stage supporting a reconstituted substrate, a measuring unit configured to generate warpage stiffness information of the reconstituted substrate, and a moving unit configured to move the measuring unit to predetermined positions on the reconstituted substrate. The measuring unit includes a measuring tip, a load cell configured to measure a force applied through the measuring tip to the reconstituted substrate in a vertical direction, and a push-pull gauge configured to measure a degree of deformation of the reconstituted substrate. At each of the predetermined positions, the measuring tip contacts the reconstituted substrate, the load cell measures a force applied to the reconstituted substrate by the measuring tip, and the push-pull gauge measures a degree of deformation of the reconstituted substrate. The warpage stiffness information includes the force and the degree of deformation measured at each of the plurality of predetermined positions.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING COMPRESSIVE CHARACTER OF OLEFIN POLYMERISATION CATALYSTS
The disclosure relates to a method for determining the compressive character of an olefin polymerisation catalyst, comprising subjecting particles of an olefin polymerisation catalyst to micro-compression testing to obtain crushing strength data of the particles of the olefin polymerisation catalyst to determine the compressive character of the olefin polymerisation catalyst. The disclosure further re later to a method for evaluating the quality of an olefin polymerisation catalyst, comprising determining the compressive character of the olefin polymerisation catalyst, and evaluating the quality of the olefin polymerisation from the information obtained from the determination of its compressive strength. The disclosure still further relates to a method for predicting the performance of an olefin polymerisation catalyst in an olefin polymerisation process from its compressive strength descriptors, characterized in that the compressive character of the olefin polymerisation catalyst is determined as disclosed. The disclosure furthermore re I ate rs to an olefin polymerisation catalyst, having a Weibull modulus higher than modulus higher than 2.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TESTING TABLETS
A device and a method for testing tablets are disclosed. The device for testing tablets includes a test chamber, which has a crusher jaw and, lying opposite the latter, a counter-jaw. The device has a movable sheet metal strip, which is designed to position a tablet for testing. The longitudinal axis of the movable sheet metal strip is at an angle of less than 90? to the longitudinal axis of the direction of movement of the crusher jaw, and the direction of movement of the sheet metal strip corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the sheet metal strip.
Device for determining the load-bearing capacity of a cylindrical shell including an axial working force to the cylindrical shell and detecting failure of the cylindrical shell
The load-bearing capacity of cylindrical shells of a composite fiber material that are at risk of buckling is determined by deriving improved reduction factors for analytical calculation of the design load. A load distribution head applies an axially acting force to a cylinder shell. A dent actuator dents the surface of the cylinder shell in a predetermined dent direction with a predetermined dent depth. A dent force is determined when a steadily increasing, axially acting force is applied to the cylinder shell by the load distribution head until a complete failure of the cylinder shell is detected. An analysis unit determines a dent depth from a data memory at which a dent force at a complete failure of the cylinder shell is at a maximum compared to dent forces of other dent depths.
FRUIT TESTING DEVICE
The invention relates generally to a mechanical device that efficiently measures physical parameters such as compression strength, elasticity, firmness, deformation resistance and the like, on one or a plurality of compressible test objects including fruits, nuts and vegetables, and which operates in a semi-automatic fashion using an indexable turntable linked to one or a plurality of measuring stations capable of independently measuring said physical parameters, employing a controlled gravity assisted test assembly as a means for applying a steady, continuous gravitational force to said compressible test objects while recording said parameters by means of one or a plurality of sensor elements associated with said measuring stations.

Device for detecting liquid crystal module and method for detecting quantity of liquid crystal
The present disclosure relates to a device for detecting a liquid crystal module and a method for detecting the quantity of liquid crystal. The method includes a cover for fixedly accommodating the liquid crystal module. An accommodation space for accommodating collision units is formed between the liquid crystal module and the cover, the collision units being connected to the top wall of the cover through elastic members. The collision units are spaced from the liquid crystal module in a certain distance in a static status, and collide with a panel of the liquid crystal module through vibration of the cover in the vertical direction during detection. The device for detecting a liquid crystal module improves the detection efficiency.
