The power accuracy monitoring module includes an initial power measuring module, a power prediction correction module, and an actual power display storage module. An output port of the initial power measuring module is electrically connected to an input port of the power prediction correction module. An output port of the power prediction correction module is electrically connected to an input port of the actual power display storage module.
Current-Mode Thermal Sensor
A temperature sensor circuit is disclosed that uses multiple bipolar devices to generate a proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) current and a complementary to absolute temperature (CTAT) current. A difference in the PTAT and CTAT current is evaluated using a feedback loop of an amplifier circuit which alternatively charges and discharges a capacitor to create a time-varying analog signal. A comparator circuit compares the analog signal to threshold values to generate an output digital signal whose duty cycle varies with temperature.
Suspicious activity monitoring memory system
The present disclosure relates generally to semiconductor devices, and, in particular, to monitoring circuitry configured to monitor a signal for an overcurrent, undercurrent, overvoltage, and/or undervoltage condition. The monitor circuit may utilize pull down transistors to generate a local voltage level. The local voltage level is then used to generate an indication of whether the monitored value has diverged from an operating region and/or has crossed a threshold of operation.
Battery control device, control method, computer-readable storage medium storing program, and vehicle
A battery control device that controls a connection between a battery and a load includes a first switch inserted between the battery and the load, a bypass circuit between the battery and the load, which is connected in parallel to the first switch and includes a second switch on the battery side, a diode unit composed of two diodes, and a third switch that are connected in series, an instruction unit that instructs the first, second, and third switches to open or close, an acquisition unit that acquires voltages of both ends of the second and third switches, respectively, and a diagnosis unit that diagnoses whether the first switch operates normally based on open or closed states of the switches and the voltages.
Electronic control unit
An object is to provide a new electronic control unit that can improve detection accuracy of a sense current even in a region where the current value of the sense current is small. Provided is a sense current detection unit including a plurality of sense transistors that have different current flow rates and that are connected to current output transistors controlling a current flowing in a coil load. The current in the sense current detection unit is input to an analog/digital converter, and the current value of the current flowing in the sense current detection unit is converted into a digital value. The current value of the current flowing in the sense current detection unit is increased through a combination or a selection of the plurality of sense transistors of the sense current detection unit in a region where the current value of the main current of the current output transistors is small compared to a region where the current value of the main current is large.
Voltage sensitive current circuit
Aspects of the invention include a first voltage sensitive circuit including first transistors, the first transistors being coupled together so as to be operatively coupled to a first current source. A second voltage sensitive circuit includes second transistors, the second transistors being coupled together so as to be operatively coupled to a second current source, the first voltage sensitive circuit being coupled to the second voltage sensitive circuit to form a delay chain, the first and second current sources being responsive to changes in voltage of a power supply according to a voltage reference. A voltage sensitive current reference module is coupled to the first and second current sources and configured to supply the voltage reference to the first and second current sources, the voltage sensitive current reference module being responsive to changes in the voltage of the power supply.
Method and circuit for monitoring voltage of power supply
The present application provides method and circuit for monitoring a voltage of a power supply, which adopts a divided voltage circuit to obtain a divided voltage from an input voltage of an input power source generated from the power supply, for detecting the input voltage according to the divided voltage by adopting a first detection circuit and a second detection circuit. Also, judging whether the divided voltage is clamped according to a clamp threshold value to determine the first detection circuit or the second detection circuit detecting a detection current and determine another detection circuit detecting the divided voltage. Hereby, the input voltage transmitted from a rectification circuit to the power supply is monitored, and the dependence between the two detection circuits is avoided.
Power failure detection device and method
Disclosed is a power failure detection device and method capable of issuing a power failure alert early. The device includes a voltage reduction circuit, a detection voltage generating circuit, a detection circuit, and a transmitting circuit. The voltage reduction circuit is or includes at least one active electronic component, and generates an output voltage according to an input voltage higher than the output voltage. The detection voltage generating circuit is coupled between the voltage reduction circuit and a low voltage terminal, and generates a detection voltage according to the output voltage that is between the output voltage and the voltage of the low voltage terminal. The detection circuit generates a detection result according to the detection voltage and a trigger voltage. The transmitting circuit sends a power failure alert to a far-end device on condition that the detection result indicates that the detection voltage is lower than the trigger voltage.
