METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTING THE MOVEMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL AND THE SIGNAL MAP OF A LOCATION
Described is a process for reconstructing the movement of an individual who walks inside a space and who carries a device equipped with inertial sensors and a virtual representation (M) of the space. The process comprises: an acquisition step of a first reference position (Pr1) and by choice: a first reference direction (vr1) associated with the first reference position (Pr1) or a second reference position (Pr2); a detection step which comprises detecting, by means of the inertial sensors, a direction of movement for each step made by the individual; a reconstruction step which comprises forming a trajectory (100) of the path of the individual, as a sequence of vectors (V1, V2, Vm); an estimation step. The estimation step comprises positioning the trajectory (100) in such a way that, selectively: the staring point (Po) coincides with the first reference position (Pr1) and the arrival point (Pm) coincides with the second reference position (Pr2); or the starting point (Po), or the arrival point (Pm), coincides with the first reference position (Pr1) and the assigned direction (v1) of the first vector (V1), or the assigned direction (vm) of the last vector (Vm),
Orthogonal Frequency Scheme for Narrowband Acoustic Signaling
A transmitter is disclosed. The transmitter includes a clock configured to generate one or more output clock signals. The transmitter further includes at least one frequency divider configured to generate a plurality of divided frequencies based on the one or more output clock signals, and a modulator. The transmitter also includes at least one antenna or transducer configured to transmit modulated data. The transmitter includes a memory configured to store instructions, and at least one processor configured to execute instructions performing operations including mapping data to a decimal code value of a plurality of decimal code values, converting the decimal code value to a shrinking base system, and selecting a set of frequencies among the plurality of divided frequencies based on the code value corresponding to the shrinking base system for the decimal code value. The modulator may be configured to modulate the decimal code value using the set of frequencies.

AUTOMATIC DETECTION FOR ABNORMAL MOVEMENT OF PASSENGER IN ELEVATOR
A movement detection system for a passenger in the present invention includes: a first Bluetooth module (150) mounted in an elevator landing area; and a movement prediction unit (270) configured to predict, based on Bluetooth movement data, that a movement of a passenger in the elevator landing area is a normal movement or an abnormal movement. The movement detection system and a movement detection method in the present invention can automatically detect an abnormal movement of a passenger, and are especially applicable to an elevator system that completes an elevator call operation without an input operation.

Geolocationing System and Method for Use of Same
A geolocationing system and method for providing awareness in a multi-space environment, such as a hospitality environment or educational environment, are presented. In one embodiment of the geolocationing system, a vertical and horizontal array of gateway devices is provided. Each gateway device includes a gateway device identification providing an accurately-known fixed location within the multi-space environment. Each gateway device includes a wireless transceiver that receives a beacon signal from a proximate wireless-enabled personal locator device. The gateway devices, in turn, send gateway signals to a server, which determines estimated location of the wireless-enabled personal location device with angle of arrival modeling.
