This invention is directed toward a garment that is comfortable to wear and can safely, with easy accessibility, securely and inconspicuously store a cell phone and other important items. A preferred embodiment of the invention is a pair of shorts, with an elasticized waistband that can be tightened by a non-elasticized drawstring cord. There is a seamless, knitted inner layer similar to boy short style underwear. This seamless, knitted boy short style underwear inner layer provides comfort to the user. Two vertical side hip interior pockets are sewn onto the inner liner of the seamless, knitted boy short underwear at the hips of the user, making it comfortable for a user to carry a cell phone and/or other items. The shorts have a thin line of reflective fabric sewn into the hip seams and on the hem of the shorts, providing safety for the user during times of low visibility.

A non-slip undergarment is provided which includes comprising an undergarment having a top side defining a waistband, a front panel, a back panel, and a crotch line, the front panel, back panel and crotch line defining a pair of leg openings, the front panel, back panel, and crotch line together covering at least a portion of the lower abdomen and buttocks of a wearer of the undergarment. Each of the leg openings having, on the back panel, a corresponding anti-slip strip, each anti slip strip extending from the crotch line upwards only part-way along the corresponding leg opening on the back panel.

A functional briefs for men, includes: a cloth for lining including an opening part for penis for separating the penis and scrotum, the opening part for penis receiving the penis; and a containing cloth, wherein a pocket-shaped containing cloth for penis and a containing cloth for scrotum are formed in one cloth, the containing cloth including a first curved part sewed on the front part of the cloth for lining and formed by a first wrinkled part, a second curved part formed by a second wrinkled part, and a third curved part formed by a third wrinkled part, the containing cloth being connected with a front part of the cloth for lining.

A garment or article of clothing made of a resilient/elastomeric material includes at least a waist portion, a first leg portion, and a second leg portion. The waist portion further includes a pocket on the rear of the garment, where the pocket is defined by a backing panel, a first flap, and a second flap. The first flap is at least partially disposed over the second flap to secure contents between the backing panel and the second panel, and thus, within the pocket. When the waist portion is stretched, the tensile forces imparted onto the waist portion by the resilient/elastomeric material causes the first flap to at least partially overlie the second flap. The pocket is sized and shaped to receive smartphones and other small personal items, such as keys, money, credit cards, identifications, etc.

Embodiments herein include medical garments and related methods. In an embodiment, a medical garment can have a waist band, a front panel and a first tunnel, the waist band passing through the first tunnel, the first tunnel comprising a first lateral side and a second lateral side. A back panel and a second tunnel through which the waist band passes, the second tunnel comprising a first lateral side and a second lateral side. The first and second lateral sides of the front panel can be positioned inward toward a middle of the front panel through movement of a portion of the first tunnel relative to the waist band. The first and second lateral sides of the back panel can be positioned inward toward a middle of the back panel through movement of a portion of the second tunnel relative to the waist band. A garment is provided from two separate modular, substantially mirror-imaged portions, such that the torso section of a wearer may be selectively exposed, front or back, by grasping an exposed edge of an out one of the modular portions, pulling that edge to access and edge of the other modular portion, which is then pulled in the opposite direction to expose a portion of either the wearer's lower torso or buttocks region.
