A garment comprises a main body including a front portion, a back portion, and a gusset connecting the front portion and the back portion. The gusset has left and right lateral edges partially defining respective left and right leg openings of the garment. A layer of absorbent material is coupled to an inner face of the main body at least at the gusset. A layer of waterproof material is sandwiched between the main body and the layer of absorbent material. Left and right elastic bands couple the layer of absorbent material and the layer of waterproof material to the main body along the respective left and right lateral edges of the gusset. A method for manufacturing the absorbent garment is also provided.

A separable undergarment is provided. The separable undergarment includes a flexible body having a front panel affixed to a rear panel via a central portion that contains a pocket. A first set of complementary fasteners is disposed along a first lateral edge of the front and rear panels. A second set of complementary fasteners is disposed along a second lateral edge of the front and rear panels. The front panel is removably securable to the rear panel via the first and second sets of complementary fasteners to define an assembled configuration. A pair of cutouts are disposed between the front panel and the rear panel on opposing sides of the flexible body defining a pair of leg openings when the flexible body is in the assembled configuration. A pair of pull tabs are affixed to each of the first lateral edge and the second lateral edge of the rear panel.

A skin-care product includes a carrier, a middle pad, a protective film. The carrier has an attached surface and an engaging surface opposite to the attached surface. The attached surface is attached to an inner surface of an underwear. The middle pad is disposed on the engaging surface of the carrier and includes a maintenance ingredient for nourishing a human skin and has a contact surface. The protective film is engaged with the middle pad in a way that the protective film entirely covers the contact surface of the middle pad. The attached surface could be detachably connected to or fixed to the inner surface of the underwear. The protective film is removed before using the skin-care product, so that the contact surface of the middle pad could contact the human skin allow the user to do other housework or other activities while performing skincare, enhancing convenience.

An illustrated view of an exemplary panty-less panty for protecting women wishing not to wear panties. The panty-less panty is reduced in size and made of a fabric that is breathable that does not show panty lines and the woman wearing them feels as though she essentially has no underwear. Further, there is a need for the panty to be removable and reusable to allow urination and defecation and still being able to reattach the panty. The panty-less panty is preferably an hour-glass shape. The panty-less panty is preferably reusable, however the panty-less panty may alternatively be disposable. The panty-less panty is preferably washable, however the panty-less panty may alternatively be non-washable.

A garment or article of clothing made of a resilient/elastomeric material includes at least a waist portion, a first leg portion, and a second leg portion. The waist portion further includes a pocket on the rear of the garment, where the pocket is defined by a backing panel, a first flap, and a second flap. The first flap is at least partially disposed over the second flap to secure contents between the backing panel and the second panel, and thus, within the pocket. When the waist portion is stretched, the tensile forces imparted onto the waist portion by the resilient/elastomeric material causes the first flap to at least partially overlie the second flap. The pocket is sized and shaped to receive smartphones and other small personal items, such as keys, money, credit cards, identifications, etc.

The present invention is a peritoneal undergarment for alleviating unpleasant irritation while receiving dialysis treatment. The current method of taping the transfer set is not effective during dialysis treatment due to the constant irritation while the patient's skin is pressed against the dialysis port. The present invention is a specially designed peritoneal undergarment that is effective at relieving pain while dialyzing. The current invention is ideal to combat irritation and can be manufactured using a variety of materials such as cotton which may be washed with household detergent.

The embarrassment of passing gas in public is ubiquitous. One solution is to wear a filter underwear that is generally constructed with a single ply of underwear side panels that are separated by an activated carbon center panel. The activated carbon center panel is attached to an elastic waistband at the underwear back and where the activated carbon center panel traverses between two leg openings to the waistband at the underwear front. The center panel is constructed with a five-ply activated carbon fabric that is sandwiched between cotton fabric, which is sandwiched between bamboo fabric. The five-ply center panel is greater than 1 mm thick to provide filtering capabilities to sufficiently reduce the odor of flatulence to an acceptable level that is not readily detected by a person close by.

A garment is includes a lower portion and a waistband coupled to the lower portion and configured to be oriented around a waist of the person wearing the garment. The waistband includes a first flap and a second flap. The first flap includes a top edge and an opposite arcuate edge. The second flap includes a top edge and an opposite bottom edge, wherein the first flap and the second flap overlap. A pocket panel is coupled to the waistband of the garment and defines a pocket with an opening to the pocket. The opening to the pocket is defined along a laterally-extending first perimeter portion of the pocket panel and a laterally-extending second perimeter portion of the pocket panel. A durable lower body garment (1) formed of a plurality of fabric panels (17, 19, 21, 23, 25) and having an inner surface for facing towards the wearer and an outer surface for facing away from the wearer, the plurality of fabric panels defining a waist opening and a pair of leg openings (11, 13). The garment comprises a front fabric panel (17) and at least one further fabric panel, the front fabric panel (17) and the at least one further fabric panel being joined along their lateral edges to define the waist opening including a waist edge (31), each of the front fabric panel (17) and the at least one further fabric panel extending from the waist edge (31) to at least a crotch region of the garment, and wherein each of the front fabric panel (17) and the at least one further fabric panel is formed of an elastically stretchable fabric. The front fabric panel (17) defines from 10% to 60% of a length of the waist edge (31) and the at least one further fabric panel defines from 40% to 90% of the length of the waist edge (31), as measured when the garment is in its unworn state. The front fabric panel (17) is folded along the waist edge (31) to define a front waist hem (33) at the inner surface of the garment and the at least one further fabric panel is folded along the waist edge (31) to define a further waist hem (35) at the inner surface of the garment, the front waist hem (33) and the further waist hem (35) each having a depth of at least 15 mm. The front waist hem (33) and the further waist hem (35) are ungathered when the garment is in the unworn state. An elongation under a load of 3.6 kg exhibited by the front waist hem (33), in a direction about the waist opening, is at least 10% greater than an elongation under a load of 3.6 kg exhibited by the further waist hem (35), in a direction about the waist opening.
