A sound and odor attenuating undergarment system comprising an undergarment further comprising a body portion with a front portion, a back portion, and a crotch portion positioned between the front portion and the back portion wherein the crotch portion comprises a first end and a second end; a channel extending between the first end and the second end of the crotch portion; and a tubular member configured to fit within the channel of the crotch portion of the body portion of the undergarment, wherein the tubular member is configured to absorb sound and odor from a wearer of the undergarment.

A body shape enhancing apparatus for creating a space between the thighs and simultaneously providing multiple shape enhancements is described. The body shape enhancing apparatus comprises an outer shell casing comprising a top outer shell casing, a bottom outer shell casing, a front section, a middle section and rear section. The outer shell casing body is configured to cover a wearers undercarriage from the pelvic area to about the anus. The rear section comprises a protrusion from a top of the rear base section, the protrusion supported by a similar shape internal support protrusion.

Embodiments include a washable garment, comprising a main portion configured to be worn on a lower body of a wearer, the main portion comprising an outer fabric layer, a gusset layer, and an inner fabric layer, each layer having a substantially similar length; and a removable portion coupled to the main portion between the inner fabric layer and the gusset layer, the removable portion configured to absorb fluids while worn against the lower body of the wearer, wherein the inner fabric layer includes an opening for receiving the removable portion therethrough, and the removable portion is sized and shaped to extend substantially across a length and width of the gusset layer.

A female undergarment including a first fabric layer having an abdominal region and a crotch region and a second fabric layer secured to the first fabric layer at the crotch region and at the abdominal region. The crotch region is defined by first and second leg openings. The second fabric layer, secured to the first fabric layer at the crotch region and at the abdominal region, defines a first opening between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer proximate the first leg opening and a second opening between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer proximate the second leg opening. Manufacturing the undergarment includes forming a first fabric layer having an abdominal region and a crotch region, and securing a second fabric layer to the first fabric layer at the crotch region and at the abdominal region, thereby defining the first opening and the second opening.

A method for manufacturing a brief for a male wearer includes using a stretchable fabric defining a first leg portion, a second leg portion, and a crotch portion. The method includes placing the stretchable fabric into a die assembly such that the crotch portion sits between a core and a cavity. The method includes mating the core with the cavity to cause the core to push a section of the crotch portion into the cavity such that the section is stretched to a stretched state. The section includes a synthetic compound. The method includes applying heat and pressure at the section to cause a volume of the synthetic compound to melt. Further, the method includes cooling the section such that a melted volume of the synthetic compound is infused or incorporated into a remainder of the section and solidified therewithin.

A device for the concealment of certain body contours in the groin region. The device is insertable within the gusset pocket of an undergarment and the device is made of generally flexible material such as PVC. The device additionally has curved edges on the top, the bottom, and both sides, as well as additionally containing numerous apertures which allow for airflow, as well as providing the device with the ability to twist bend and contort while a user is moving in their everyday activity.

A garment or article of clothing made of a resilient/elastomeric material includes at least a waist portion, a first leg portion, and a second leg portion. The waist portion further includes a pocket on the rear of the garment, where the pocket is defined by a backing panel, a first flap, and a second flap. The first flap is at least partially disposed over the second flap to secure contents between the backing panel and the second panel, and thus, within the pocket. When the waist portion is stretched, the tensile forces imparted onto the waist portion by the resilient/elastomeric material causes the first flap to at least partially overlie the second flap. A lower-body garment comprises a left leg portion, a right leg portion and an intermediate portion connecting the left leg portion to the right leg portion. The intermediate portion has a groin covering portion adapted to extend over a groin area of a wearer. The groin covering portion has a 3D textile. The 3D textile has at least one opening. In use, the opening of the 3D textile is stretched and compressed by a walking movement of the wearer thereby creating air movement.

Garments for concealing male genitalia of a wearer, the garment having a compressible region configured to be disposed over the genitalia of the wearer. Adjustment of tensile forces exerted on the compressible region resolve to compression forces exerted by the compressible region on the wearer's genitalia. Embodiments include garments having a primary portion and a connector portion configured to connect a front portion to a back portion, the connector having an adjustable length between a connection to the front portion and connection to the back portion, wherein adjustment of the length is used for adjusting the tensile forces.
