The support sling includes a left fabric panel extending along a left side periphery of the front pouch and a right fabric panel extending along a right side periphery of the front pouch. A portion of the left fabric panel overlaps a portion of the right fabric panel at an overlap area, and the overlap area is positioned adjacent to a bottom of the front pouch.

Device for external directional support of the female urethra under stress, consisting of a rigid cushion (1) fixed to a rigid counter-support (2) placed in the rear part of a belt or briefs, and comprising a partial rear perineal support part, the rigid counter-support (2) being connected at the front by adjustable straps (2) supporting it to a belt (5) or briefs whose rear periphery is rigidified by an insert or other non-folding material.

There is described a male garment having a body including a front portion and leg openings for a wearer's legs. A resiliently elastic stretch panel is attached to an interior of the body and includes an opening for receiving therethrough the wearer's genitalia. A pouch is defined between the stretch panel and the front portion for receiving therein the wearer's genitalia. A padded member is attached to the interior of the body for cushioning one or more areas of the wearer, such as their crotch and buttocks.

Underpants (10) having two leg openings (2, 3), which (2, 3) are separated from each other by an underpants web (4) of the underpants (10). The underpants are intended to reduce or eliminate urinary incontinence while a user is wearing the underpants (10) and that for this purpose the underpants (10) have, in the region of the underpants web (4), a pressure body (6) intended to apply pressure to the user in the perineal area.

A female undergarment including a first fabric layer having an abdominal region and a crotch region and a second fabric layer secured to the first fabric layer at the crotch region and at the abdominal region. The crotch region is defined by first and second leg openings. The second fabric layer, secured to the first fabric layer at the crotch region and at the abdominal region, defines a first opening between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer proximate the first leg opening and a second opening between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer proximate the second leg opening. Manufacturing the undergarment includes forming a first fabric layer having an abdominal region and a crotch region, and securing a second fabric layer to the first fabric layer at the crotch region and at the abdominal region, thereby defining the first opening and the second opening.

The embarrassment of passing gas in public is ubiquitous. One solution is to wear a filter underwear that is generally constructed with a single ply of underwear side panels that are separated by an activated carbon center panel. The activated carbon center panel is attached to an elastic waistband at the underwear back and where the activated carbon center panel traverses between two leg openings to the waistband at the underwear front. The center panel is constructed with a five-ply activated carbon fabric that is sandwiched between cotton fabric, which is sandwiched between bamboo fabric. The five-ply center panel is greater than 1 mm thick to provide filtering capabilities to sufficiently reduce the odor of flatulence to an acceptable level that is not readily detected by a person close by.
