A permeable undergarment comprising, a top portion and a bottom portion wherein the top portion of the undergarment is provided by a waistband, and the bottom portion of the undergarment is provided with the permeable layer. The permeable layer comprises a mesh of wicking fibres to wick the body fluids discharged from a user and transfers the body fluids through the permeable layer. A detachable pouch having a base layer and a plurality of side walls is also provided. The detachable pouch is defined such that, the base layer and the plurality of side walls together form a housing region. The housing region may house at least one absorption pad. The detachable pouch may be detachably attached or joined to the undergarment such that, the body fluids discharged from the user flows through the permeable layer and into the detachable pouch for absorption by the at least one absorption pad.

An absorbing undergarment includes a waterproof pocket configured to attach to a front side of an undergarment. The waterproof pocket includes a sealable opening to receive an absorbent insert and an orifice adjacent an undergarment opening for urine to pass there through. A front panel of the undergarment is designed to attach to the waterproof pocket so the pocket orifice aligns to a front opening of the undergarment. An absorbent insert is designed in shape to be complementary to a shape of the waterproof pocket to maximize surface area. The absorbent insert is urine retentive. A self-sealing opening for a male genitalia portion to pass there through is also included. The waterproof pocket flays open like a butterfly's wings attached at a crotch of the undergarment and is fastened around a perimeter thereof. The sealable opening includes an interlocking groove and ridge that form a tight seal when pressed together.

The invention also provides a method of using the inventive pelvic groin medical garment for injuries or trauma in the genital area by both men, and women. The inventive straps that are secured to the adjustable waist belt are configured to go around the thighs, and around the buttock, and below the user's intergluteal cleft, which increases the user's comfort, and enables the user to more easily maintain a higher level of hygiene, and support for a fully adjustable individualized fit.

A crotch panel system is disclosed. The crotch panel system comprises a bottom crotch panel, a unitary top layer crotch panel defining a shaped hole in the center, and an additional crotch panel layer attached to the bottom crotch panel. The shaped hole defined in the unitary top layer crotch panel defines a perimeter. An elastic border extends around the perimeter of the shaped hole, and the elastic border is configured to stretch to facilitate insertion of an object. The additional crotch panel layer is attached to the bottom crotch panel to provide stability of the object placed within the crotch panel system.

Lower body garments include a main body having an integral interior lining that is only secured to the main body of the garment around a peripheral lining perimeter of the interior lining. The interior lining may secure a fluid retention gusset such that the outline of the gusset is not visible on outside of garment. A garment or article of clothing made of a resilient/elastomeric material includes at least a waist portion, a first leg portion, and a second leg portion. The waist portion further includes a pocket on the rear of the garment, where the pocket is defined by a backing panel, a first flap, and a second flap. There is described a male garment having a body including a front portion and leg openings for a wearer's legs. A resiliently elastic stretch panel is attached to an interior of the body and includes an opening for receiving therethrough the wearer's genitalia. A pouch is defined between the stretch panel and the front portion for receiving therein the wearer's genitalia. A padded member is attached to the interior of the body for cushioning one or more areas of the wearer, such as their crotch and buttocks.
