Display system, information processing device, display control method of display system
A display system includes a projector, an HMD, and an information processing device. The information processing device includes a processing device storage unit configured to store three-dimensional map data in which setting information in which a display position of an object is set and positional information indicating a position of a display surface are registered, and image data of an object image, and a processing control unit configured to select whether to display the object image on the projector or to display the object image on the HMD, based on a positional relationship between a position of the HMD notified from the HMD and the display position of the object, and transmit the image data of the object image to the projector or the HMD being selected.
VEHICLE DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE, DISPLAY METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A vehicle display control device displays a predetermined image at a display region showing a view ahead of a vehicle, the device including: a memory; and a processor coupled to the memory, the processor being configured to: acquire a travel state of the vehicle, and in a case in which the acquired travel state is a first mode in which an object ahead of the vehicle is detected and travel of the vehicle is controlled, display, at the display region, a first image indicating that the travel state is the first mode at a position that does not overlap with the object ahead of the vehicle.
Systems and methods for assessment and measurement of reaction time in virtual/augmented reality
A virtual or augmented reality based system for assessment and measurement of reaction time is disclosed. In various embodiments the system, methods, and computer program products relate to assessing and measuring a reaction time of a patient/user in virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) environments. The VR/AR system may provide a sensory stimulus to the patient/user in the VR/AR environment, determine a plurality of motion parameters, and determine a reaction time based on the plurality of motion parameters by applying a time window selection model. In various embodiments, a time window shrinkage model may be applied after the time window selection model.
USER INTERFACE TO SELECT FIELD OF VIEW OF A CAMERA IN A SMART GLASS
A wearable device for use in immersive reality applications is provided. The wearable device includes eyepieces to provide a forward-image to a user, a first forward-looking camera mounted on the frame and having a field of view, a processor configured to identify a region of interest within the forward-image, and an interface device to indicate to the user that a field of view of the first forward-looking camera is misaligned with the region of interest. Methods of use of the device, a memory storing instructions and a processor to execute the instructions to cause the device to perform the methods of use, are also provided.
Systems and methods for minimally intrusive displays with heart rate monitoring and workouts
A system includes a minimally intrusive display system (MIDS) configured to be disposed on an eyewear. The MIDS includes a display system and a sensor system configured to provide for a sensor data. The MIDS further includes a processor configured to process the sensor data to derive a physiological measure. The processor is further configured to display, via the display system, the physiological measure, wherein the display system is disposed in the eyewear so that the physiological measure is only viewed when a user of the eyewear turns the user's pupil towards the display system at angle α from a forward direction.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN AUTOMATIC IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (AIS) HEADS UP DISPLAY
A system for sensing maritime position and visualization includes an imaging device configured to capture an image including a vessel, a receiver configured to receive a first geospatial position of a user device and/or a compass heading of the user device, an Automatic Identification System (AIS) receiver configured to receive an AIS message, a processor, and a memory. The AIS message includes a second geospatial position of the vessel. The memory includes instructions, which, when executed by the processor, cause the system to capture an image of the vessel, receive a position and a heading of the user device, receive the AIS message, match the vessel in the captured image with the vessel identifier and the second geospatial position of the vessel of the AIS message, and generate an augmented reality marker based on the vessel identifier and the second geospatial position of the vessel of the AIS message.
Overlaying additional information on a display unit
A method for calculating an overlay of additional information for a display on a display unit, in particular, a head-up display of a transportation vehicle or data glasses. The overlay of additional information supports the driver in the longitudinal control of a transportation vehicle. The position of an upcoming waypoint is detected, which is specified by the navigation system. When the observer transportation vehicle approaches the waypoint, an animation graphic is calculated, wherein the animation graphic has a grid shape. The animation graphic is calculated so that distance markers are inserted from the observer transportation vehicle to the waypoint, which permit estimation of the distance to the waypoint.
Medical device with camera for imaging disposable
A method of recording a state of an apheresis machine or a dialysis machine having a disposable component disposed thereon. The disposable component has tubing and a blood component bag. The disposable component is configured to be installed on the apheresis device or dialysis machine by a human operator. The method includes acquiring with a camera an image of a forward-facing external surface portion of the apheresis machine or dialysis machine and the tubing and the blood component bag of the disposable component. The image is acquired automatically without requiring user input. The method includes recording medical device information for the apheresis machine or dialysis machine comprising the image. The method includes generating a message comprising the image and transmitting the message comprising the image to a remote computer.
Combined Display System for Use in a Vehicle
A combined display system includes a plurality of displays which are each configured to generate a partial beam of a combined projection light beam having an associated partial display content, the display surfaces of which are adjacent to one another and offset with respect to one another in the beam propagation direction and/or have different spatial orientations; and a combiner screen which is continuously contiguous, is reflective on the user side and preferably transparent on the rear, and is mountable or mounted in the beam path of the combined projection light beam in the vehicle in front of the windscreen such that behind the latter, a virtual image is generated, which is displayed in the user's field of view and is composed of the partial display contents of the plurality of displays.
Systems, methods, and devices for utilizing wearable technology to facilitate fulfilling customer orders
Examples include a HUD that (i) identifies a fulfillment route comprising item entries, each comprising an item identifier and item location corresponding to a location within a given environment, (ii) presents a visualization corresponding to a first item entry that includes an indication of a first item location, (iii) based on a first sound and/or visual input, verifies that there is an instance of a first item identified in the first item entry, (iv) based on the verification, presents a placement visualization representing item receptacles in the given environment and a placement indication identifying a target item receptacle that is to receive the first item, (v) based on a second sound and/or visual input, determines that the target item receptacle received the first item, and (vi) based on the determination, presents a second visualization corresponding to a second item entry that includes an indication of a second item location.
