HEAD-MOUNTED EQUIPMENT CAPABLE OF DISPLAYING IMAGES
A head-mounted equipment capable of displaying images includes: a head-worn member, a visor, a face-worn member and a display. The head-worn member has a front edge, and the visor is attached to the front edge of the head-worn member and is partially reflective and partially transparent. The face-worn member has a wearing surface and an opposite mounting surface, and the display is mounted on the mounting surface of the face-worn member to project an image to the visor.
Head-mounted display
The present invention relates to a head-mounted display including a pair of headphones having a built-in speaker for outputting sound, a first arm rotatably coupled to the pair of headphones to display an image, a second arm coupled to the pair of headphones so as to relatively rotate with the first arm to cover or uncover a front surface of the first arm, and a control unit controlling the image output to the first arm and the sound output to the headphones according to positions of the first arm and the second arm.
DEVICE FOR GENERATING IMAGES AND HEAD-UP DISPLAY OF AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE
The subject of the invention is a device for generating images (10) for automotive vehicle head-up display (100), comprising a liquid crystal screen (12) and a back-lighting device (14), said back-lighting device (14) comprising: at least one light-emitting diode (16), a housing (28; 29) surrounding the space lying between the at least one light-emitting diode (16) and the liquid crystal screen (12), characterized in that said housing (28; 29) is bent, the device for generating images (10) furthermore comprising a reflecting surface (31; 32) arranged in a bent portion (28c; 29c) of the housing (28; 29) and oriented in such a way as to reflect the light emitted by the at least one light-emitting diode (16) in the direction of the screen (12). The invention also relates to a head-up display (100).
ROBUST OPTICS FOR A HEAD-WORN DISPLAY
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to solid optical systems and methods for use in head-worn computing systems. An optical assembly may include multiple elements that are aligned relative to one another and then adhesively bonded together to preserve the alignment in an adhesively bonded optic, wherein the adhesively bonded optic includes at least one internal refractive surface and two or more internal reflective surfaces, and wherein the internal partially reflective surfaces comprise partially reflective surfaces that are protected by other elements in the adhesively bonded optic
Inflatable virtual reality headset system
An inflatable headset system for virtual and augmented reality applications includes multiple inflatable segments that can be inflated or deflated with one or more valves. One inflatable segment either houses a dedicated display device or defines a receptacle for a mobile device. Another inflatable segment includes one or more lenses that are positioned to cooperate with the display of the display device or mobile device when the inflatable segments are at least partially inflated. Preferably, at least one of the inflatable segments has a shape that, when at least partially inflated, acts as a headset frame. The system may further include optional fasteners or straps, optional computer components, optional sensors, and optional input/output devices.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY COVER MEMBER AND DISPLAY DEVICE
In a head-up display, a cover member includes a first transmissive member and a second transmissive member that transmit a light beam including an image generated by an image generation unit. The first transmissive member is formed to face upward from a front end to a rear end. Likewise, the second transmissive member is formed to face upward from a front end to a rear end. The rear end of the first transmissive member is offset to an upper side from the front end of the second transmissive member.
OPTICAL SYSTEM AND VIRTUAL REALITY DEVICE
Disclosed are an optical system and a virtual reality device. The optical system comprises a display unit (10) and a first lens (20), the first lens (20) comprises a first surface (21) and a second surface (22), and the second surface (22) has a planar structure; an optical splitter is provided between the first surface (21) and the display unit (10); a first phase retarder (30) and a polarization reflector (40) are provided at a side of the first lens (20) away from the display unit (10), and the first phase retarder (30) is provided between the first lens (20) and the polarization reflector (40); and light emitted from the display unit (10) enters into the first lens (20) from the first surface (21), and is sequentially reflected by the second surface (22) and the first surface (21), and then exits the optical system from the second surface (22).
Display device and mobile object
A display device and a mobile object. The display device is installable in a mobile object, and includes a light source, an image former to receive light emitted from the light source and output image light that forms an image, a screen on which the image light forms the image, a housing that houses the light source and the image former, and a holding member to hold the screen.
