Collapsible virtual reality viewer assembly
The present invention relates to a collapsible virtual reality viewer. Aspects of the viewer include a body portion and a viewing portion, each having a plurality of panels abutting fold lines. The viewer may be folded along the fold lines to move from an expanded configuration to a collapsed configuration when it is not being used. In one aspect, the viewer includes a detachable panel that is removeably coupled to the viewer along a plurality of perforations. Promotional material may be printed on or attached to the detachable panel. In another embodiment, the body portion and the viewing portion are each formed of a unitary construction in which the panels of each portion are die cut from a single piece of material and folded along fold lines to form the body and viewing portions, which are then secured together at one or more locations.

Stereo viewer and/or stereo view finder
To provide a stereo viewer and/or a stereo view finder that enables a stereo image displayed on an electronic display to be easily visualized and to enhance portability so as to be easily and conveniently carried when photographing and viewing the stereo image outside. There is provided a stereo viewer/stereo view finder (1) including a foldable light shielding hood (10) attached on a liquid crystal display (D), and a magnifying lens (20) including a pair of lenses (21R, 21L) for viewing stereo images (SR, SL) and a lens folder (22), the magnifying lens being attached to a front inner wall surface (11a) of the light shielding hood (10) by way of a hinge (23) and being developable to be parallel to the liquid crystal display (D).

GLASS-INCLUSIVE SAMPLE VIEWER, AND/OR ASSOCIATED METHODS
Certain example embodiments relate to a box or other viewer that accommodates one or more glass-inclusive samples and that is usable in a plurality of different configurations to facilitate evaluation of the sample(s) from indoor and outdoor viewing perspectives. The sample viewer is convertible between a transportation configuration and the indoor and outdoor viewing perspective configurations. For example, certain example embodiments may be used as glass-inclusive sample shipping and storage containers that transform into miniature mockup walls with little manual effort and with little risk of human viewers looking at glass the wrong way (e.g., a manner that would lead to a false impression of the visual aesthetic of the sample(s) therein). The glass-inclusive sample(s) may include one or more uncoated or coated glass sheets, insulated glass (IG) units, vacuum insulated glass (VIG) units, laminated products, and/or the like.
Foldable virtual reality viewer structure integrated in mailer and/or product packaging
A new method of constructing a convertible virtual reality viewer on planar surface when in an unfolded state, or out of a box-type structure is described. Through its design of structural folds, the planar surface(s) can be configured into any shape such as, but not limited to, a package, box, container, mailer, and flyer of any material. Users of such a viewer download a software application onto a smart device and use this display apparatus to view a virtual image through a face plate, containing a pair of biconvex lenses. A viewer fashioned as such provides an environmental solution to reusing resources and limiting product waste by reusing product packaging as a virtual reality viewer with multiple uses. The planar surface(s) are intended for use as product packaging and/or mailer designed to be converted into a virtual reality viewer by the user.

Switchable virtual reality headset and augmented reality device
Systems, devices, and apparatuses for a switchable augmented reality and virtual reality device are provided. An example device includes a handle, a device chamber, a viewport assembly, and a hinge assembly. The handle may be formed from folded sheets of material. The example device chamber is coupled to the handle and formed from folded sheets of material. The viewport assembly may be formed at least in part from folded sheets of material. The example hinge assembly pivotably couples the device chamber to the viewport assembly. For example, the hinge assembly may be operable to adjust the device between a virtual reality configuration and an augmented reality configuration. A display of a computing device held in the device chamber may be viewable through the viewport assembly in the virtual reality configuration and the display may be viewable without the viewport assembly in the augmented reality configuration.

DISPLAY METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
A cone for use in a Pepper's Ghost illusion includes a conical wall of semi-reflective material, and an attachment member for removably attaching the cone to the surface of a light emissive display, and a method of displaying a Pepper's Ghost illusion includes positioning a cone of semi-reflective material onto a light emissive display; and displaying on the light emissive display an image that has been distorted by an inverse of a distortion caused by a reflection of the cone.
