Wearable smart glasses
Smart glasses comprise a glasses frame. The smart glasses further comprise a pair of glasses legs connected to two lateral portions of the glasses frame respectively, each of the glasses legs having a first end and a second end, wherein the second end of each of the glasses legs bends inwardly to form a first arc portion. In addition, the smart glasses further comprise a pair of clamping members each disposed at one of the glasses legs, wherein each of the clamping members comprises an elastic clamping element, said elastic clamping element being disposed at the inner side of said second end, wherein said elastic clamping element having a free end that bends inwardly to form a second arc portion.
Hyperextending hinge for wearable electronic device
Eyewear having a frame, a hinge, and a hyperextendable temple. An extender is coupled to the hinge and the temple, and the extender extends with respect to the hinge allowing hyperextension of the temple with respect to the frame. The extender may include a bushing and a spring that allows the temple hyperextension, and which also creates a bias force to urge the temple against a user's head during use.
HINGE MECHANISM AND HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY INCLUDING THIS HINGE MECHANISM
[Object] To provide a hinge mechanism that allows a head-mounted display to be made more compact, and a head-mounted display including this hinge mechanism.
[Solving Means] A hinge mechanism includes: a shaft portion; and a cable passing portion. The shaft portion supports a housing portion and a temple portion of the head-mounted display in such a way that the temple portion is capable of rotating about one axis between a closed position and an open position relative to the housing portion. The cable passing portion is adjacent to the shaft portion in a direction of the one axis, and allows a cable to pass therethrough in a direction orthogonal to the one axis.
Slip-Resistant Eyewear System
A slip-resistant eyewear system comprising an eyewear frame generally comprises first and second hinges coupled to the eyewear frame which are also coupled to first and second tension adjusters. First and second bows are coupled to first and second tension adjusters. The system may comprise an eyewear retainer comprising a first end configured to couple to the first bow and a second end configured to couple to a second bow such that a tension is maintained on the unitary eyewear retainer when the unitary eyewear retainer extends around a back of a head of a user.
Removable elastic hinge for eyeglass frames
An elastic hinge for eyeglasses includes: a box-shaped housing with an inlet aperture; a fork carriage, slidably mounted in a guiding cavity inside the box-shaped housing opposing an elastic element; and an elastic holding clip, snap-engageable with a retaining structure of the housing cavity, against which one end of the elastic element abuts. The elastic holding clip is generally C-shaped, providing a resting arm and a flexible arm joined by a connecting portion, the flexible arm having an engaging unit to snap-engage with the retaining structure, the resting arm and flexible arm elastically biased one towards the other by inner walls of the housing. The flexible arm is integral with at least one bias element, accessible from an inlet aperture of the housing, defining bias planes to be engaged with a tool, introduced via the inlet, for imparting a disengaging bias, bending the flexing arm towards the resting arm.
Loudspeaker
The present disclosure relates to a loudspeaker. The loudspeaker may include a loudspeaker mechanism, a fixing mechanism, and a connector. The loudspeaker mechanism may be configured to generate a vibration signal and transmit the vibration signal to the human body. The fixing mechanism may be configured to support and maintain the position of the loudspeaker mechanism. The connector may be configured to connect the loudspeaker mechanism with the fixing mechanism. The loudspeaker mechanism may at least include a first fixed position and a second fixed position. The first fixed position may be a fixed position of the loudspeaker when the loudspeaker is in a non-working state. The second fixed position may be a fixed position of the loudspeaker when the loudspeaker is in a working state. The connector may be configured to switch the loudspeaker mechanism between the first fixed position and the second fixed position.
Flexible hinge with a tension spring
Provided herein is a flexible hinge comprising a tension spring (1), a sliding element (2), a sliding element guide (3), a spring tensioner (4), a stop (5) for stopping the longitudinal movement of the sliding element (2), a fastener (6), and a bearing shield (7). The flexible hinge disclosed herein can be installed in a pair of eyeglasses comprising a pair of temples and a frame front so as to connect the temples to the frame front. The flexible hinge can be fixed to the temple with the stop (5) at one end and to the frame front with the fastener (6) at another end. The fastener (6) is used to engage sliding element (2) with the bearing shield (7). The sliding element guide (3) enables longitudinal movement of the sliding element (2) along the x-axis and prevents its movement along other axes.
Slip-resistant eyewear system
A slip-resistant eyewear system comprising an eyewear frame generally comprises a nosepiece comprising a nosepiece material configured to couple to a bridge of an eyewear frame. The frame comprises first and second hinges coupled to the eyewear frame which are also coupled to first and second spring-loaded tension adjusters. First and second bows are coupled to first and second tension adjusters. A unitary eyewear retainer comprises a first end configured to couple to the first bow and a second end configured to couple to a second bow such that a tension is maintained on the unitary eyewear retainer when the unitary eyewear retainer extends around a back of a head of a user.
ELASTIC HINGE FOR THE PLASTIC FRAME OF EYEGLASSES AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING SAID ELASTIC HINGE TO THE EYEGLASS FRAME
Elastic hinge for plastic frames of eyeglasses, which comprises a first and a second articulation element respectively associable with a first and a second component of eyeglasses. The first articulation element comprises a male element which is susceptible of sliding inside a seat of the first component and comprises a head portion, a rod-like portion fixed to the head portion, an anchorage body slidably coupled to the rod-like portion and provided with a retention portion provided with anchorage elements. The first articulation element also comprises an expander body adapted to interfere with the anchorage body in order to externally expand the retention portion of the latter towards the internal wall of the seat so as to engage the anchorage elements of the retention body with the first component of the eyeglasses.
