SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VERIFIED BIOMEASUREMENTS
A method includes generating, via a camera, image data that is reproducible as an image of at least a portion of a subject. The method also includes receiving, via a sensor, first biomeasurement data associated with the subject, the first biomeasurement data including a first biomeasurement of the subject. The method also includes verifying the first biomeasurement of the subject based at least in part on a comparison between at least a portion of the image data and at least a portion of the first biomeasurement data.
Apparatus, system and method for body type specific golf
Disclosed herein is automated guidance information regarding the stance or swing of golf player's as a function of each user's body type information, feet indicia, for indicating pre-determined positions on the ground to place the user's feet relative to one another; ball lines, and peg indicia, for guiding the movements of the user's body, or the user's golf club, relative to the peg indicia. Given the body type information of the user, body type specific information referencing a select body type specific feet indicia, a select body type specific ball line, or a select body type specific peg indicia is provided. Further disclosed are: (a) determining body type criteria information; (b) determining body type information using the body type criteria information; and (c) selecting from a plurality of body type specific information using the body type information.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING AN EXTENDED IMAGE OF A PATIENT
A computer based method of obtaining a 3D image of a part of a patient's body is disclosed, based on a fraction image having a limited field-of-view and extending the field of view with information from an image of the patient's outline, obtained from a surface scan of the patient. Anatomical data from the planning image are preferably used to fill in the outline image, by means of a contour-guided deformable registration between the planning image and contour.
Method and Apparatus for Processing Blood Pressure Measurement, and Electronic Device
A method for processing blood pressure measurement includes obtaining a facial feature point of an object, determining a first height difference between the facial feature point and an origin of a second coordinate system based on a first coordinate of the facial feature point in the second coordinate system and a first attitude angle of the second coordinate system relative to a first coordinate system, determining a third height difference between the origin of the second coordinate system and the heart of the object based on the first height difference and a second height difference, where the second height difference is a height difference between the facial feature point and the heart of the object, and determining blood pressure based on a blood pressure measurement signal of the object and the third height difference.
Monocular visual-inertial alignment for scaled distance estimation on mobile devices
Methods, techniques, apparatus, and algorithms are described for robustly measuring real-world distances using any mobile device equipped with an accelerometer and monocular camera. A general software implementation processes 2D video, precisely tracking points of interest across frames to estimate the unsealed trajectory of the device, which is used to correct the device's inertially derived trajectory. The visual and inertial trajectories are then aligned in scale space to estimate the physical distance travelled by the device and the true distance between the visually tracked points.
Augmented Reality Viewing and Tagging For Medical Procedures
Technology is described for augmenting medical imaging for use in a medical procedure. The method can include the operation of receiving an image of patient anatomy captured by a visual image camera during the medical procedure. An acquired medical image associated with the patient anatomy can then be retrieved. Another operation can be associating the acquired medical image to the patient anatomy. An augmentation tag associated with a location in one layer of the acquired medical image can be retrieved. A further operation can be projecting the acquired medical image and the augmentation tag using an augmented reality headset to form a single graphical view as an overlay to the patient anatomy in either 2D, 3D or holographic form.
SYSTEM, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ASSISTANCE WITH CERVICAL ULTRASOUND EXAMINATION
For each of a plurality of time frames in the scan session for producing acoustic images of an area of interest, including a cervix, a system and method: construct (1520) a three dimensional volume of the area of interest from one or more image signals and the inertial measurement signal; apply (1530) a deep learning algorithm to the constructed three dimensional volume of interest to qualify an image plane for obtaining a candidate cervical length for the cervix; perform (1540) image segmentation and object detection for the qualified image plane to obtain the candidate cervical length. The shortest candidate cervical length from the plurality of time frames is selected as the measured cervical length for the scan session. A display device (116) displays an image of the cervix corresponding to the measured cervical length for the scan session, and an indication of the measured cervical length for the scan session.
WOUND MULTIPLE SENSING METHOD AND WOUND MULTIPLE SENSING SYSTEM
A wound multiple sensing method, including: calculating the similarity between the current data sequence and each of the case-data sequences in each of the reference cases; selecting the case-data sequence which has the greatest similarity with the current data sequence, from the case-data sequences in each of the reference cases, to be a similar case-data sequence in each of the reference cases, wherein each similar case-data sequence corresponds to a similar case treatment; performing a multiple regression analysis using the similar case-data sequences and the similar case treatments to calculate a fitness function, wherein the dependent variable of the fitness function is a wound change; performing a parameter optimization algorithm using the current data sequence and the fitness function to calculate an optimal treatment which maximizes the wound change, and to calculate an expected wound change value that corresponds to the optimal treatment.
Method and system for diagnosis and prediction of treatment effectiveness for sleep apnea
An automated method and system for diagnosing sleep disorders and predicting treatment effectiveness using data collected on the user using an automated application including questionnaire, facial recognition technology, and historical user and patient data. The data can be used by a diagnostic and treatment prediction algorithm to diagnose sleep disorders, for example sleep apnea, and predict treatment effectiveness. The system is an automated, self-learning algorithm capable of assessing the risk for sleep disorders and predicting treatment effectiveness.
