Optical device for restoring eyesight
Disclosed herein is an optical device for restoring eyesight, which includes a first tube configured such that a first convex lens having a first focal length is installed to an inner peripheral surface of a fore-end thereof, a second tube inserted into the first tube so as to move forward and backward within the first tube while a first concave lens having a second focal length and a second concave lens having a third focal length are installed to an inner peripheral surface of a fore-end thereof, a third tube configured such that a third concave lens having a fourth focal length and a fourth concave lens having a fifth focal length are installed to an inner peripheral surface of a fore-end thereof, a fixing unit for fixing the second tube to the third tube, and a fourth tube fixed to the fixing unit to cover the second tube.
HEAD-WORN AUTOMATIC FLIPPING EYEWEAR
A head-worn automatic flipping eyewear comprises a housing (1), front automatic flipping lenses (2), rear fixed lenses (3), a transmission system, a circuit control system and a head fixing piece (7). The front automatic flipping lenses (2) are rotatably connected to the housing (1), and the rear fixed lenses (3) are fixedly connected to the housing (1), wherein the front automatic flipping lenses (2) are located in front of the rear fixed lenses (3). The transmission system and the circuit control system are located in the housing (1), and the head fixing piece (7) is located on the housing (1), wherein the circuit control system controls operations of the transmission system, and the transmission system controls flipping of the front automatic flipping lenses (2). The head-worn automatic flipping eyewear can be worn on the head for training, and the lenses are automatically flipped up or down, such that holding the lenses with a hand or manually flipping the lenses is unnecessary. Thereby, integration of the training via lens flipping with reading and writing is facilitated, and long-term persistent training can be achieved to obtain a good result.
LOUPES HAVING FEATURES ADAPTED FOR VARIOUS PROCEDURES
Lenses are adapted to be attached to existing eyewear or provided as a separate pair of loupes. In an embodiment, different types of lenses are adapted to have zoom features. In an embodiment, prisms are provided that are non-symmetrical Schmidt roof prisms adapted to increase the deflection degree.
Fog Shield for a Diagnostic Ophthalmic Lens and Method
A fog shield for a diagnostic ophthalmic lens is disclosed. The shield has a lens mount and an air barrier. The lens mount is configured to connect to a diagnostic ophthalmic lens. The air barrier is connected to the lens mount and extends in front of the lens mount. The air barrier is located below and in front of the diagnostic ophthalmic lens when the lens mount is connected to the diagnostic ophthalmic lens.
User Wearable Fluorescence Enabled Visualization System
A user-wearable fluorescence based visualization system comprising a multi-light lamp assembly that provides for the selected output of light using multiple light emitting sources, wherein the outputted light may be tailored to generate response wavelength by the interaction of the emitted light and a tissue illuminated by the emitted light, through the process of fluorescence, and a viewing system that allows a practitioner view the fluorescent light generated by the tissue, and distinguish between healthy and diseased tissues.
Slip-resistant eyewear system
A slip-resistant eyewear system comprising an eyewear frame generally comprises first and second hinges coupled to the eyewear frame which are also coupled to first and second tension adjusters. First and second bows are coupled to first and second tension adjusters. The system may comprise an eyewear retainer comprising a first end configured to couple to the first bow and a second end configured to couple to a second bow such that a tension is maintained on the unitary eyewear retainer when the unitary eyewear retainer extends around a back of a head of a user.
Cordless LED headlight and control thereof
A wireless headlight assembly for attachment to an eyewear frame is disclosed. The wireless headlight assembly comprises a battery pod containing a battery connected to a lower housing element, which controls the application of power from the battery to an attached headlight assembly containing a headlight.
Optic focusing cover
An optic focusing cover. The optic focusing cover includes a cylindrical body with openings at both ends. A corrective lens is disposed within the cylindrical body such that it covers the entire opening. The corrective lens is capable of further magnifying the telescope. A cap is attached to a first side of the cylindrical body, the cap is capable of going from an open to a closed configuration. A second end of the cylindrical body is configured to be accepted by a telescope.
SMART EYEGLASSES
A smart glasses include: a main frame having an eyeglass frame shape; a support frame coupled to a central portion of the main frame; a first display supported by the support frame and displaying a first image; a second display supported by the support frame and displaying a second image; a first mirror for reflecting the first image; a second mirror for reflecting the second image; a first main lens for providing a first main image from the central portion of the main frame to the inside thereof on the basis of the first image reflected by the first mirror; and a second main lens for providing a second main image from the central portion of the main frame to the inside thereof on the basis of the second image reflected by the second mirror.
LOUPE HAVING ENHANCED SHIELDING
A loupe assembly that provides enhanced protection against the transmission of infectious diseases from a patient to a dental professional. In various embodiments, the loupe further inhibits the transparencies of the eyewear frame from fogging by providing a humidity sponge on the transparencies or in close proximity thereto.
