DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME
A display device includes a panel member, a flexible substrate, and a tap. The flexible substrate includes a substrate body and a substrate extending portion. The substrate body is disposed in an area of a surface of the panel member inner than an outer peripheral edge portion of the surface. The substrate extension portion is extended from an outer peripheral edge portion of the substrate body. The substrate extension portion includes an overlapping portion overlapping a section of the outer peripheral edge portion of the surface. The tape is pasted to the area inner than the outer peripheral edge portion of the surface. The tape covers the substrate extension portion that is folded back to the substrate body from an opposite side from the substrate body such that the overlapping portion does not overlap the outer peripheral edge portion of the surface to hold the substrate extension portion.
Light control sheet
A light control sheet including a first transparent electrode layer, a second transparent electrode layer, a light control layer including a resin layer which is formed between the first and second transparent electrode layers and includes a liquid crystal composition in holes formed in the resin layer, the liquid crystal composition including liquid crystal molecules, and a first alignment layer formed between the first transparent electrode layer and the light control layer such that a haze of the light control layer is increased upon application of a voltage to the first transparent electrode layer. The light control layer includes a first high-density portion and a low-density portion, and the first high-density portion is in contact with the first alignment layer and includes the liquid crystal composition at a density higher than a density of the liquid crystal composition in the low-density portion per unit thickness of the light control layer.
PROTECTION DEVICE SUITABLE FOR CURVED-SURFACE SCREEN OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to the field of a protection device for a curved-surface screen, in particular to a protection device suitable for a curved-surface screen of electronic equipment. The present invention provides two methods for preparing the curved-surface glass, one of which is non-hot-bending treatment, and the other is non-uniform thickness treatment of the glass before the hot-bending treatment, so that the prepared curved-surface tempered glass film and the screen of the electronic equipment can be completely attached by vacuum adsorption, thereby solving the problem of fragile screens.
Light alignment device, assembly and method for removing light alignment impurities
A light alignment device, an assembly for removing light alignment impurities, and a related method are disclosed. The assembly includes a removal device having a tunnel inside. A first end of the tunnel is pointed towards a light alignment film. By creating a negative pressure in the tunnel, the removal device draws light alignment impurities into the tunnel.
SYSTEM OF INSPECTING DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF INSPECTING DISPLAY PANEL
A system of inspecting a display panel includes an inspection apparatus configured to determine whether the display panel has a lighting defect. If determining that the display panel has a lighting defect, the inspection apparatus is configured to make a cleaner to clean a portion of the display panel having the lighting defect. The inspection apparatus is configured to determine presence or absence of the lighting defect again at least on the portion of the display panel having the lighting defect after the cleaning. The inspection apparatus determines that the display panel has no defect if detecting no lighting defect after the cleaning or if determining that pre-cleaning lighting defect information and post-cleaning lighting defect information does not match, and the inspection apparatus determines that the display panel has a defect if determining that the pre-cleaning lighting defect information and the post-cleaning lighting defect information match.
Method for Manufacturing LCD Panel
The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, including cleaning the first substrate by a hydrophobic surface cleaning material and cleaning the second substrate by a hydrophilic surface cleaning material; heating the first substrate and the second substrate at a high temperature; bonding the first substrate with the second substrate to from a liquid crystal cell; and irradiating the liquid crystal cell with UV light to form a first thin film on the surface of the first substrate and to form a second thin film on the surface of the second substrate.
System and method for cleaning an object
A system (10) for cleaning an object (12) includes a roll cleaner (14) having a rotatable elastomeric roll (20) with a cylindrical outer surface configured to contact the first surface of the object (12), a rotatable adhesive roll (22) with a cylindrical outer surface contacting a portion of the outer surface of the elastomeric roll (20), and a support (24). The object (12) passes between the elastomeric roll (20) and the support (24), which contacts a second, opposing object surface. An atmospheric plasma cleaner (16) includes a sealed chamber (32) and at least one electrode (34) disposed in the chamber (32) and receiving a high voltage to generate a plasma applied to the first object surface. At least a portion of an inlet of the plasma cleaner (16) is formed by the elastomeric roll (20) and the support (24), and the contacting of the first and second surfaces of the object (12) by the elastomeric roll (20) and the support (24) seals the inlet of the plasma cleaner (16).
PANEL MANUFACTURING DEVICE
The present application discloses a panel manufacturing device which includes a veneer cutting machine adapted to cutting a substrate, an alignment ultraviolet lighting machine adapted to performing ultraviolet irradiation alignment on the substrate sent by the veneer cutting machine, and an air knife erected at the discharge port of the veneer cutting machine, adapted to cleaning foreign matter on the substrate sent by the veneer cutting machine.
METHOD OF PRODUCING SUBSTRATE FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL
A method of producing a substrate for a liquid crystal panel includes rubbing of performing rubbing processing along a rubbing direction on an alignment film formed on a substrate and cleaning of blowing gas to the alignment film along the rubbing direction of the rubbing processing after the rubbing.
FOREIGN MATERIAL REMOVING DEVICE, FOREIGN MATERIAL REMOVING SYSTEM, AND FOREIGN MATERIAL REMOVING METHOD
This foreign material removing device for removing a foreign material adhered to a substrate is provided with: a jetting unit that jets a gas toward a substrate portion having a width smaller than the full width of the substrate; a foreign material suction unit that sucks, with the foreign material, the gas jetted toward the substrate from the jetting unit; and a covering body that covers the portion to which the gas is to be jetted by means of the jetting unit.
