BAYONET CONNECTING AN OPTICAL SYSTEM WITH A SPLIT LENS TO AN IMAGE CAPTURE DEVICE
The present teachings provide an image capture device including an optical system having a bayonet. The bayonet is connected to a body of the image capture device. The bayonet includes a forward surface, a rearward surface opposing the forward surface, and a bayonet axial surface; and. The optical system includes an integrated sensor and lens assembly (ISLA) extending away from the rearward surface of the bayonet; and a lens module extending away from the forward surface of the bayonet and comprising a lens module axial surface, wherein the lens module axial surface contacts the bayonet axial surface so that the lens module is axially aligned with the bayonet.
LENS MOUNT AND LENS APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
A lens mount includes a cover member and a holder. The cover member has a first opening corresponding to a first optical system of a lens apparatus and has a second opening corresponding to a second optical system of the lens apparatus. The holder holds a filter to cover the first opening and the second opening. The holder includes a first holder disposed on one side with respect to the first and second openings in a direction orthogonal to an arrangement direction of the first and second openings, and a second holder disposed on the other side with respect to the first and second openings in the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction. A groove portion is formed between the cover member and the holder, and the filter is insertable into the groove portion.
ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR COUPLING A MOBILE COMPUTING DEVICE TO OPTICS
Provided is an attachment system for coupling a mobile computing device to an optic device. The optic device may be, but is not limited to a scope, binoculars or the like. The attachment system operates with attachment devices and mounting device with apertures that provide a means to couple a mobile computing device to the optic device in such a way that the attachment system provides a line-of-sight between a camera of the mobile computing device with the lens of the optic device. This allows the camera of the mobile computing device to capture images and video using the high power zoom functionality of the optic device and the convenience of the mobile computing device.
ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR COUPLING A MOBILE COMPUTING DEVICE TO OPTICS
Provided is an attachment system for coupling a mobile computing device to an optic device. The optic device may be, but is not limited to a scope, binoculars or the like. The attachment system operates with attachment devices and mounting device with apertures that provide a means to couple a mobile computing device to the optic device in such a way that the attachment system provides a line-of-sight between a camera of the mobile computing device with the lens of the optic device. This allows the camera of the mobile computing device to capture images and video using the high power zoom functionality of the optic device and the convenience of the mobile computing device.

Apparatuses, systems, and methods are disclosed for a camera lens to optical instrument connector. An apparatus includes a tab having a tab body comprising a first side, a second side, and an aperture, one or more magnets located within the tab body, and a means for connecting the first side to a device such that a camera lens of the device is aligned with the tab aperture. The apparatus includes an adapter having an adapter body comprising a first side, a second side, and an aperture, one or more magnets positioned within the adapter body, the one or more adapter magnets aligned with the one or more tab magnets for magnetically securing the tab to the adapter, and an adapter sidewall protruding along an axis perpendicular to an edge of the first side for securing the adapter onto an eyepiece of a lensed optical instrument.

An image capturing apparatus having a high operability irrespective of whether an accessory is attached to an apparatus body. The apparatus body includes a first connection section connected to the accessory, a first operation member disposed in a surface different from a surface where the first connection section is provided, and a second operation member disposed in the surface where the first connection section is provided. The accessory includes a second connection section which can be connected to the first connection section, and a third operation section disposed in a surface different from the surface where the second connection section is provided and is located in the vicinity of the second operation member in a state in which the accessory is attached to the apparatus body. The second operation member and the third operation member have at least one same function.

An image capturing apparatus having a high operability irrespective of whether an accessory is attached to an apparatus body. The apparatus body includes a first connection section connected to the accessory, a first operation member disposed in a surface different from a surface where the first connection section is provided, and a second operation member disposed in the surface where the first connection section is provided. The accessory includes a second connection section which can be connected to the first connection section, and a third operation section disposed in a surface different from the surface where the second connection section is provided and is located in the vicinity of the second operation member in a state in which the accessory is attached to the apparatus body. An image sensor includes an imaging device, an optical system including a liquid lens, a temperature sensor that detects a temperature of the liquid lens, a heater that heats the liquid lens, a temperature adjuster that controls the heater to adjust the temperature of the liquid lens to a predetermined temperature, a nonvolatile memory storing property information about the liquid lens, a refractive power controller that determines, based on a target refractive power and the property information stored in the nonvolatile memory, an application voltage applicable to the liquid lens adjusted to have the predetermined temperature and applies the application voltage to the liquid lens to control a refractive power of the liquid lens to match the target refractive power, and an image processor. The optical system, the nonvolatile memory, and the temperature sensor are disconnectable from a body module including the refractive power controller and the image processor.
IMAGING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
Provided is an optimal user interface for curbing sound generated by an imaging device. For this purpose, the imaging device includes a user interface control unit that performs user interface processing of enabling selection of whether or not to curb at least a part of sound generated in a first period from a power-on state until issuance of a transition instruction to a power-off state and a second period from the issuance of the transition instruction until the power-on state, and a switching control unit that changes control related to sound according to a selection result of the user interface processing.
ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
An electronic apparatus includes a rotatable operation member that can be rotationally operated, a base member, a magnet having alternately magnetized N and S poles and rotatable integrally with the rotatable operation member, and first and second magnetic members disposed so that the magnet is disposed between them in an axial direction of a rotational center axis of the rotatable operation member and having a plurality of comb tooth portions. In the axial direction, the first magnetic member, the magnet, and the second magnetic member are disposed on an opposite side of the base member from the rotatable operation member. A part of an outer circumferential portion of the rotatable operation member is exposed to an outside from an opening provided on an exterior member of the electronic apparatus. The magnet, the first magnetic member, and the second magnetic member are covered with the exterior member.
