PROJECTION SCREEN CONFIGURED TO BE PROJECTED WITH MULTI-ANGLE IMAGES
A projection screen configured to be projected with multi-angle images includes a base membrane and a coating layer. The base membrane includes a body layer and a plurality of toothed portions connected with the body layer. A profile of each of the toothed portions includes at least one first plane and at least one second plane, where the first plane and the second plane each has a reflection angle different from each other, for providing multi-angle images of projection. The coating layer includes a reflection layer and a light-absorbing layer, where the reflection layer is disposed on the profile of each of the toothed portions; whereas the light-absorbing layer is disposed on the reflection layer, such that, as viewed from a projection position, the coating layer is disposed behind the base membrane. Thereby, the projection screen not only can provide multi-angle images of projection under the circumstance of maintaining the capability of resisting ambient light, but also can prevent the coating layer from contact and abrasion by human behaviors when in use, and as such, the life of use can be prolonged.
Projection screen of head-up display
A projection screen of a head-up display has a projection surface and a back surface opposite to the projection surface. The projection surface is used for receiving an image beam projected by an image projection component and reflecting part of the image beam. The projection screen includes a photochromic layer disposed on the transmission path of the image beam. When an ambient light irradiates the back surface of the projection screen, the transmittance of the photochromic layer decreases as the intensity of the ambient light increases.
PROJECTION CONTROL DEVICE, MARKER DETECTION METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A projection control device according to the invention includes a projection module configured to project a correcting image in which a marker including a first polygon and a second polygon disposed inside the first polygon is provided in a predetermined position in such a manner as to be picked up by an image pickup device, and at least one of sides of the first polygon is not parallel to sides of the second polygon.
Individually angled mirror array system specialty effects
A general purpose image and visual effects display apparatus, with associated methods, which is comprised of an array of independently angled reflective or refractive elements wherein the varying angle pattern of each element across said array is designed to reflect or refract specifically designed light and color sources as well as fortuitously located existing colors, in precisely determined patterns, to make apparent to designated viewing or receiving locations a wide range of complex visual effects.
Non-straight seaming
Implementations described herein generally relate to the use of display screens. More specifically, implementations generally relate to a large format transmissive and self-emissive display screen where the display screen includes multiple screens coupled together using transparent adhesive tape. Implementations described herein minimize internal reflections visible to screen viewers when an edge of the adhesive layer is scanned by a beam spot produced by a scanning beam in a scanning beam system having multiple screens held together by the adhesive layer to form a seamless viewing screen. In some implementations, the internal reflections are minimized by applying the adhesive layer between horizontal and vertical seams between each screen of the multiple screens wherein the adhesive layer has non-straight edges so as to minimize the total surface area of the edge of the adhesive layer that falls within the beam spot produced by the scanning beam.
Projection display device
A projection display device includes a plurality of semiconductor lasers, a collimating lens, an integrator illumination system, a deflection element, a transfer optical system, and a projection lens. The collimating lens is configured to collimate a plurality of laser beams output from the plurality of semiconductor lasers. The integrator illumination system is configured to overlap the plurality of laser beams collimated by the collimating lens to form a rectangular illumination region. The deflection element is disposed at a position closer to the collimating lens than a position where the rectangular illumination region is formed by the integrator illumination system. The transfer optical system is configured to enlarge and transfer the rectangular illumination region deflection-scanned by the deflection element to a reflective optical modulation element. The projection lens is configured to project video light output from the reflective optical modulation element.
PROJECTION APPARATUS, PROJECTION SYSTEM, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PROJECTION APPARATUS
A projection apparatus including a light source section, a projection section that projects light outputted from the light source section, and a control section that acquires captured image data produced by an imaging section, identifies a region of a projection target contained in the acquired captured image data and an image captured position of the region in the captured image data, determines a projection range over which the projection section projects light and a wavelength band of the light to be projected over the projection range based on the identified region and image captured position, and controls the projection section to cause the projection section to project light in the determined wavelength band over the determined projection range.
Reflection member, projection screen, combiner, and heat shield member
Due to the present invention, a reflection member including two or more layers of fixed cholesteric liquid crystal phases, in which the two or more layers of fixed cholesteric liquid crystal phases exhibit central wavelengths of mutually different selective reflection, and the two or more layers of fixed cholesteric liquid crystal phases include a layer formed of a composition including a disc-like liquid crystal compound and a layer formed of a composition including a rod-like liquid crystal compound and a projected image display member and a heat shield member which include the reflection member are provided. The reflection member of the present invention has favorable selective reflection characteristics with respect to oblique incidence rays.
