A flash housing for photographic purposes can include a flash forming element arranged to generate a flash light, a lens element arranged to let at least part of the generated flash out of the flash housing so as to obtain a flash light, and a fastening element for attachment of a flash light shaping tool on top of the lens element. The fastening element can be arranged at least partly along a border of the lens element for magnetic engagement with a corresponding fastening element at the flash light shaping tool.

Mobile terminal

The mobile terminal provided by the present disclosure includes a terminal body and a control unit. The terminal body is provided with a flash lamp. A zoom lens is provided in an advancing direction of a light of the flash lamp. The control unit is configured to control the flash lamp to switch between a flash mode and a flashlight mode according to an input command. The zoom lens has a plurality of operating states and can converge the light of the flash lamp in at least one operating state. Thus, the mobile terminal can be used as a flash and as a flashlight having a relatively large irradiation distance and further as a flashlight with adjustable irradiation distance.

Lighting device reflecting part of irradiation light and image pickup apparatus using lighting device
10670944 · 2020-06-02 · ·

A lighting device that is capable of retracting a reflective member inside a lighting device and of deciding size of the reflective member irrespective of the size of the lighting device. The lighting device includes a light emitting section and a reflective member. The reflective member is drawably retracted in the light emitting section and is provided with reflectors that are developed by a drawing operation to reflect a part of light irradiated from the light emitting section. Area of the reflectors in a developed state is more than area of the reflectors in a retracted state.

OPEN-FIELD HANDHELD FLUORESCENCE IMAGING SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A drape configured to cover a handheld imager for use in a medical procedure, the drape including a frame that is removably mountable to a front portion of an enclosure of the imager; and at least one light transmissive component mounted to the frame and recessed with respect to a front of the frame such that the at least one light transmissive component is positioned in front of at least one enclosure window of the imager when the frame is mounted to the front portion of the imager.

Flash module containing an array of reflector cups for phosphor-converted LEDs
10649315 · 2020-05-12 · ·

In a thin flash module for a camera, a rectangular array of LEDs is mounted on a single lead frame. The lead frame connects the LEDs in series. The LEDs are much smaller than conventional LEDs in a flash module. The LEDs may be in 53 array or a 43 array, for example. An array of reflective cups is molded over the lead frame or attached to the lead frame, where each of the cups has a substantially square aperture to produce a square sub-beam. A layer of phosphor is located within each cup overlying its associated LED to produce white light. The aspect ratio of the array is selected to generally match the aspect ratio of the camera's field of view (e.g., 16:9). Since the LEDs are very small, the height of the cups may be small to form an ultra-thin flash module. Thin lenses may instead be used.

IMAGING DEVICE

Provided is an imaging device that is able to obtain a clear image in a relatively long distance in an environment of precipitation. A rainy weather camera includes: a light source that emits pulse light; a fan-shaped pulse light radiation unit that performs scanning in one direction with the pulse light emitted by the light source, spreads, in a direction perpendicular to the scanning direction, the pulse light for the scanning when the scanning is performed, and radiates the pulse light, which is in a state of being polarized in the direction perpendicular to the scanning direction, to an object; an imaging unit that receives reflection light from the object and performs exposure to a pixel; and a polarization filter that transmits light that is included in the reflection light received by the imaging unit and polarized to be parallel to the scanning direction. The imaging unit performs exposure only to a pixel which is synchronized with the scanning with the pulse light.
