Technology is described for a garment. The garment can include a body garment having a collar and sleeves. A body shaper may have a top edge attached to the body garment and a bottom edge. A half slip may be attached at the bottom edge of the body shaper. An underpants portion can be attached at the bottom edge of the body shaper. In addition, a fastener may join a first fabric flap and second fabric flap at a crotch.

One or more embodiments of a protective garment and a method of manufacturing such garments are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, the protective garment can include an elastic lumbar panel attached to a rear portion of a body of the protective garment in a waist region, left and right shoulder elastic straps each including a first end attached to a front portion of the body and a second end attached to the rear portion, a left side elastic waist strap attached to the front portion and extending around a left side of the garment where it is attached to the rear portion, and a right side elastic waist strap attached to the front portion and extending around a right side of the garment where it is attached to the rear portion.

A garment for shaping the midsection of a user includes an upper section, a floating or movable inner panel middle section, and a lower section. The floating panel middle section shapes the body and can include one or more of compressive, shaping and/or non-compressive materials.

A device for creating a body suit from a shirt or blouse including a front panel, the front panel having a front panel front and a front panel rear. A rear panel has a rear panel front and a rear panel rear, the rear panel front attached to the front panel rear via a detachable connection. At least two front connectors are attached to the front panel front for attaching to the shirt or blouse; and at least two rear connectors are attached to the rear panel rear and for attaching to the shirt or blouse. A method and modular bodysuit are also provided.

The present invention provides a device for creating a body suit from a shirt or blouse. A main panel section has a panel front and a panel rear. At least two front connectors, the front connectors attached to the panel front and for attaching to the shirt or blouse; and at least two rear connectors, the rear connectors attached to panel rear and for attaching to the shirt or blouse, are provided. The main panel section has a longitudinal axis for following a crotch area, and the rear connectors extend from the panel rear at an angle between 60 and 120 degrees from the longitudinal axis. Disclosed are articles of clothing and methods for manufacturing. The articles of clothing may be pants having a zipper attached to the waistband on a front side of the pants and on a rear side of the pants, wherein the zipper traverses a crotch of the pants and provides an opening in the pants of at least 180 degrees. In another aspect, the methods of manufacturing pants may include attaching a zipper to a waistband on a front side of the pants and on a rear side of the pants, wherein the zipper traverses a crotch of the pants. Further, the method may include attaching at least one liner to the zipper, wherein a first portion of the at least one liner attaches to a left side of the zipper and a second portion of the at least one liner attaches to a right side of the zipper.

A bra without a backstrap, includes two cups joined together laterally, each cup having an upper edge and a lower edge which are provided respectively with a shoulder strap and with a tightening strap and an external lateral edge connecting the upper and lower edges. The bra includes a connecting element connecting the tightening strap to the cup, the connecting element extending under the cup and having a triangle-shaped arrangement, two of the vertices of the triangle constituting points of connection of the element to the lower edge of the cup, the third vertex constituting a point of connection of the element to the tightening strap, the connecting element being arranged in relation to the cup such that the tightening strap in the vicinity of the point of connection extends in a direction that diverges from the horizontal plane at an angle of between 45 and 90.
