Also provided is a polymerizable liquid composition useful for producing a three-dimensional object comprising nylon 6 by additive manufacturing, which composition may include: (a) a light polymerizable first component, and (b) a heat polymerizable second component; said heat polymerizable second component comprising: (i) caprolactam monomers, (ii) a catalyst for anionic polymerization of caprolactam, and (iii) an initiator for anionic polymerization of caprolactam.

The method comprises applying a layer (115) of a pliable material precursor over a master (50) carrying an inverse pattern (52) to form a desired pattern (112) in said layer; curing the pliable material precursor to form a pliable stamp layer (120) comprising said desired pattern; providing an intermediate stamp structure by adhering a porous pliable support layer (130) to the pliable stamp layer; releasing the intermediate stamp structure from the master; forcing the intermediate stamp structure onto the contoured surface with said pattern of features facing the contoured surface; forming the patterned stamp by filling the porous pliable support layer with a filler material to reduce the pliability of the support layer; and removing the patterned stamp from the contoured surface. A corresponding patterned stamp, imprinting method and imprinted article are also disclosed.

A high-quality photosensitive resin composition is disclosed which not only exhibits a reduced adhesion of dust, dirt, and paper powder to a relief and a good resistance to a UV ink but also allows a storage of a printing original plate for a long period of time, even if this plate is a plate in a low hardness to be used for a flexographic printing. A water-developable photosensitive resin composition for flexographic printing contains at least a polyamide and/or a polyamide block copolymer (a), a cross-linking agent having one or more unsaturated group(s) (b), a photo-polymerization initiator (c), and a fatty acid ester (d), wherein the fatty acid ester (d) has two or more hydroxyl groups and 11 to 23 carbon atoms in a molecule, and wherein a content of the fatty acid ester (d) in the photosensitive resin composition is 0.2 to 6% by weight.

A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device comprising: providing a semiconductor device substrate having a relief image on a surface of the substrate, the relief image having a plurality of gaps to be filled; applying a coating composition to the relief image to provide a coating layer, wherein the coating composition comprises (i) a polyarylene oligomer comprising as polymerized units one or more first monomers having two or more cyclopentadienone moieties and one or more second monomers having an aromatic moiety and two or more alkynyl moieties; wherein the polyarylene oligomer has a M.sub.w of 1000 to 6000 Da, a PDI of 1 to 2, and a molar ratio of total first monomers to total second monomers of 1:>1; and (ii) one or more organic solvents; curing the coating layer to form a polyarylene film; patterning the polyarylene film; and transferring the pattern to the semiconductor device substrate.

The water-developable flexographic printing plate precursor of the present invention is a water-developable flexographic printing plate precursor including a photosensitive layer, in which the photosensitive layer contains water-dispersible particles, and the water-dispersible particles have a core containing a polymer and having a glass transition temperature of 0° C. or lower and have a shell containing a polymer and having a glass transition temperature of 10° C. or higher.
