The present disclosure provides an underwear garment comprising a crotch lining having an absorbent pad which is machine washable, and which is detachably connected to the underwear garment by a plurality of snap fittings on the inner surface of the crotch region of the garment. The garment may also be provided as a kit with a plurality of such machine-washable crotch linings. The undergarment is thereby designed to absorb secretions from menstruating women, women with postpartum bleeding, and men or women with urinary incontinence.

The present invention relates to functional underskirt pants having a structure that does not curl up when wearing, implements a solid joint between a pants part and a skirt part, prevents a Y-zone from being exposed to the outside, and can compress the abdomen while covering the abdomen. Underskirt pants that are worn under the skirt or pants, comprises a front pants part (10) which is formed from the belly under the chest to two thighs while covering the lower belly and the pelvis and has a first joint portion (11) in which an upper end portion is wound inwardly and joined and second joint portions (12) in which both sides of a lower end portion are wound inwardly and joined; a rear pants part (20) which is formed from the back to two thighs while covering the hips and the pelvis and has a third joint portion (21) in which an upper end portion is wound inwardly and joined, fourth joint portions (22) in which both sides of a lower end portion are wound inwardly and joined, fifth joining portions (23) in which both side end portions of the front pants part (10) and the rear pants part (20) are overlapped and joined, respectively, and sixth joint portions (24) in which crotch portions (13) of the front pants part (10) and the rear pants part (20) are overlapped and joined, respectively; and skirt part (30) which is integrally provided with the front side of the front pants part (10) and has a seventh joint portion (31) in which an upper end portion is joined to a central surface of the front pants part (10), an eighth joint portion (32) in which a lower end portion is wound inwardly and joined, and ninth joint portions (33) in which both side end portions are joined to edge portions of both side end portions of the rear pants part (20). The garment is in the form of men's underwear or brief, with features provided to assist in recovery and comfort of the user. The garment includes a center flap that can be opened to provide access to a center pocket that is aligned with the user's crotch. The center pocket contains a moldable body that can be molded to a particular shape to support and hold the user's penis in a pre-determined orientation to facilitate the recovery process. The flap also includes a pocket that can contain a heating/cooling pack that is arranged to apply heat/cooling to the surgical site. The garment is also configured to accept and support a medical drainage tube to drain the surgical wound, and a drainage pump as needed.

The absorbent pad includes a liquid impermeable barrier layer and a functional layer attached to the barrier layer. The functional layer has a wicking component and a liquid absorbent component. The liquid absorbent component is disposed between the wicking component and the barrier layer. The absorbent pad is washable and reusable.

A garment having a fabric body and an absorbent pad attached to the fabric body is disclosed.
