FUNCTIONAL FABRIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FUNCTIONAL FABRIC
A functional fabric is formed by bonding a polyester synthetic resin film mixed with carbon black fine particles to a fabric, in which the synthetic resin film is non-porous and has a thickness of 10 m to 20 m. The functional fabric is produced by producing a polyester synthetic resin film mixed with carbon black fine particles and bonding the synthetic resin film to a fabric, and the produced functional fabric is entirely or partially bonded to an inner wear or an intermediate clothes to produce clothing.
Joint cushioning system
A joint cushioning system includes a pad of a foam material which is resiliently compressible. The pad has an outer surface, an inner surface, an upper edge, a lower edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. A magnetorheological fluid impregnates the foamed material. The magnetorheological fluid is configured to be alternated between a first state wherein the foamed material is bendable and compressible and a second state wherein the magnetorheological fluid forms rigid columns within the foamed material such that the foamed material is less bendable and compressible. An actuating system is mounted on the pad and is in operational communication with magnetorheological fluid. The actuating system actuates the magnetorheological fluid from the first state to the second state when a condition has been met.

COMPRESSION PARTICULATE BLOCKING APPAREL
An item of protective apparel can be formed from a compression particulate blocking fabric. The compression particulate blocking fabric may include an outer layer and a particulate blocking layer bonded to the outer layer. The particulate blocking layer is configured to block particulates within a predetermined size range from passing through the particulate blocking layer. The compression particulate blocking fabric may also include an inner layer bonded to the particulate blocking layer opposite to the outer layer. The compression particulate blocking fabric may also provide compression on a body part of a wearer of the item of protective apparel.
