IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit that forms a first image and a second image and transfers the first and second images to a recording medium, the first image including a metallic color image, the second image not including the metallic color image; and a fixing unit that fixes the first image and the second image to the recording medium. The image forming apparatus has a mode in which, when forming the first image on only one of a first surface and a second surface of the recording medium, the image forming unit transfers the first image to the first surface of the recording medium and the fixing unit fixes the first image to the first surface, and subsequently the image forming unit transfers the second image to the second surface of the recording medium and the fixing unit fixes the second image to the second surface.

A green toner for electrostatic charge image development includes green toner particles containing a binder resin, an azomethine fluorescent pigment having an emission peak in a wavelength region of 500 nm or more and 550 nm or less in an emission spectrum, and a non-fluorescent pigment having a reflection peak in a wavelength region of 480 nm or more and 540 nm or less in a reflection spectrum, wherein a mass proportion of the azomethine fluorescent pigment in the green toner particles is 3% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less and a mass ratio M1/M2 of a content M1 of the azomethine fluorescent pigment to a content M2 of the non-fluorescent pigment is 1 or more and 5 or less; and oil-treated silica particles externally added to the green toner particles.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes an image bearing member, a developing device, a transfer member, a transfer power source and a fixing device. The fixing device is provided with a heating source and a heating member in contact with a recording material in a fixing portion and the heating source heats the recording material through the heating member by heating by the voltage being applied from an AC power source. A detector connected between the image bearing member and a ground potential without interposing the transfer member detects a current or a voltage. A controller controls the current outputting from the transfer power source based on a detecting result of the detecting portion while the toner image is transferred to the recording material from the image bearing member in the transfer portion and the recording material is heated in the fixing portion.
