The collection side attachment part is disposed adjacent to the cassette attachment part. To the collection side attachment part, a collection container storing a waste toner discharged without transferred on the sheet is detachably attached. The cassette attachment part includes a cassette rail which supports the sheet feeding cassette slidably and a rail holding member which holds the cassette rail. The collection side attachment part includes a displacement sensor which is disposed so as to face the collection container and detects an electrostatic capacity varying in response to an accumulation amount of the waste toner stored in the collection container. The rail holding member is disposed so as to face at least a part of the displacement sensor.

An image forming apparatus includes a first unit, a second unit fixed to the first unit at a portion upstream of the first unit in a conveyance direction in which the sheet is conveyed, and an electric board. In the image forming apparatus, a disposition of the electric board is restricted by the first unit and the second unit.

A recording device includes a recording unit configured to record on a medium, a transportation unit configured to transport the medium, a driving member, a plurality of gears configured to transmit a driving force of the driving member, and a sound absorber having an opening and a hollow space in communication with the opening. The sound absorber is located between a side end of the medium being transported by the transportation unit and the plurality of gears.

A sheet housing apparatus including a housing unit, which houses a sheet to be discharged from a discharging opening of a printer, and a pair of housing-side feet disposed on both sides, in a width direction, of the sheet housing apparatus. The sheet housing apparatus can be combined with the printer. The printer includes a pair of body-side feet disposed on both sides, in the width direction, of the printer. In a state in which the sheet housing apparatus is combined with the printer, the body-side feet and the housing-side feet are arranged not to overlap with each other in the width direction.

The first cover is movable between: a first closed position in which the first cover closes the first opening; and a first open position in which the first opening is opened. The drum cartridge includes a photosensitive drum. The drum cartridge is attachable to and detachable from the main casing through the first opening in a state where the first cover is in the first open position. The toner cartridge is configured to accommodate toner therein. The toner cartridge is attachable to and detachable from the drum cartridge. The first cover has a second opening smaller than the first opening. The second opening allows the toner cartridge to pass therethrough but does not allow the drum cartridge to pass therethrough.

A cabinet structure includes multiple cover members configured to spatially partition an inside from an outside of a cabinet, and a clearance communicating between the inside and the outside of the cabinet is left between two cover members, the two cover members being adjacent to each other, of the cover members, and a passage defined by the clearance and leading from the inside to the outside of the cabinet through the clearance has a shape with multiple bends.

A process cartridge comprises a photosensitive drum and a developing roller. A coupling member is provided adjacent to one axial end of the developing roller. The coupling member includes a driven portion, and an intermediary portion configured and positioned to engage with the driven portion. The intermediary portion is also configured to be movable relative to the driven portion in a direction crossing the axis of the developing roller while maintaining engagement with the driven portion.
