A system for an electrophotographic image forming device includes a basket having a first side, a second side and a plurality of positioning slots extending between the first side and the second side, each positioning slot is configured to receive a corresponding toner cartridge. Each positioning slot includes a first latch at the first side of the basket and a second latch at the second side of the basket. Each of the first and second latches is independently pivotable between a latched position for applying a hold-down force on a respective end portion of a corresponding toner cartridge positioned in a corresponding positioning slot of the plurality of positioning slots to rigidly hold the corresponding toner cartridge against datums of the basket and an unlatched position to release the corresponding toner cartridge permitting removal of the corresponding toner cartridge from the basket.

The cam is movable relative to the casing between a first position and a second position. A portion of the developing cartridge is in contact with the drum cartridge and functions as a pivot center so that the casing and the developing roller are pivotally moved about the pivot center when the cam is moved from the first position to the second position.

When a pressing force is applied to the pressure contact surface, the first arm pivotally moves from a first position to a second position along with: pivotal movement of the cam; and the rotation of the first shaft.

Systems and methods relating to accurate Channel State Information (CSI) measurements for a License Assisted Secondary Cell (LA SCell) are disclosed herein. An exemplary user equipment enabled includes a transceiver, at least one processor, and memory containing instructions executable by the at least one processor whereby the user equipment operates to detect whether a downlink control information (DCI) message indicating that a Channel State Information Reference Symbol (CSI-RS) transmission from an LA SCell of the user equipment is present in a subframe. When the user equipment detects that the DCI message indicates that a CSI-RS transmission from the LA SCell is present in the subframe, it processes a CSI-RS measurement. When the user equipment detects that the DCI message does not indicate that a CSI-RS transmission from the LA SCell is present in the subframe, it refrains from processing the CSI-RS measurement.

The restricting member restricts movement of the shaft portion in the predetermined direction in a state in which the shaft portion abuts on the abutting portion in the groove. The restricting member is detachably disposed on the groove.
