HOLOGRAM, DETECTION DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR VERIFYING AUTHENTICITY OF HOLOGRAM
A hologram that includes a formation layer and a reflection layer that are laminated. The formation layer has an optical phase modulation structure on a first interface in contact with the reflection layer. When reference light emitted from a point light source enters through a second interface different from the first interface of the formation layer, the entirety or part of an image to be reconstructed by the optical phase modulation structure is reconstructed as spatial information on the point light source side relative to the second interface.
Additive manufacturing device with IR targeting and related methods
An additive manufacturing device may include a material supply, a robot, and a printing head coupled to a distal end of the robot and configured to receive printing material from the material supply. The additive manufacturing device may have an IR holographic device configured to generate a targeting hologram, an IR sensor, and a controller coupled to the robot, the printing head, the IR holographic device, and the IR sensor. The controller may be configured to cause the printing head to dispense the printing material to form an object based upon the targeting hologram.
Imaging with infrared imaging signals
An infrared imaging signal is generated. An image of an exit signal of the infrared imaging signal is captured. The infrared imaging signal is within a frequency band.
Optical transformation device for imaging
An infrared image is captured by an image sensor and a frequency domain infrared image is generated by performing a Fourier transform operation on the infrared image. A filtered frequency domain infrared image is generated by applying a mask to the frequency domain infrared image. A spatial domain infrared image is generated by performing an inverse Fourier transform on the filtered frequency domain infrared image. Phase data is extracted from the spatial domain infrared image and a holographic pattern generated from the phase data is driven onto a display.
METHOD FOR A HOLOGRAPHIC PROJECTOR
A projection system that facilitates the use of in-situ detection of a change in wavelength, thereby enabling appropriate compensation or corrections to be applied on the fly to improve the quality of the image in the primary image region. In-situ detection in this manner can allow wavelength changes due to both temperature fluctuations and hardware variations to be compensated for simultaneously, thereby reducing the time and expense for end of line hardware testing, and removing the need to perform in-situ mapping of the wavelength as a function of temperature. In this way, the quality of the image provided to a user can be improved in a simpler, more efficient manner.
Full Spectrum Color Holographic Quick Response Code
Information is recorded in quick response codes. A hologram is made from quick response codes and provides three dimensions of information in a two-dimensional hologram. The holograms are used for recording large amounts of information in two dimensions. Multiple quick response codes containing copious information are created using different light wave frequencies in different quick response encoders. The multiple quick response codes are combined in a two-dimensional hologram that is used on labeling. The hologram is read by a hologram reader. Each quick response frequency layer is separated from the hologram. The quick response code is extracted from each layer. A quick response reader provides the information that has been recorded.
Image display system and image display method
An image display system is provided. The image display system includes: at least one holographic image acquiring device each configured to obtain holographic image information of a scene; an image synthesis device configured to generate holographic image synthesis information based on at least a part of the holographic image information obtained by the at least one holographic image acquiring device; and an image reconstruction device configured to reconstruct a holographic synthetic image in accordance with the holographic image synthesis information. The image display system can synthesize holographic image information to combine several holographic three-dimensional display scenes into one holographic three-dimensional scene, so that the user can perceive display effects almost the same as the real scenes, improving user experience. An image display method is also provided.
Holographic image alignment
A method of holographic projection includes projecting at least one calibration image. The method includes performing the following steps for each calibration image in order to determine a plurality of displacements vectors at a respective plurality of different locations on the replay plane: projecting the calibration image onto the replay plane using a first colour holographic channel by displaying a first hologram on a first spatial light modulator and illuminating the first spatial light modulator with light of the first colour; projecting the calibration image onto the replay using a second colour holographic channel by displaying a second hologram on a second spatial light modulator and illuminating the second spatial light modulator with light of the second colour, the first and second hologram corresponding to the calibration image; determining the displacement vector between the light spot formed by the first colour holographic channel and the light spot formed by the second colour holographic channel; and pre-processing an image for projection using the second colour holographic channel in accordance with the plurality of determined displacement vectors.
Image recognition system, image recognition method, hologram recording medium, hologram playback device, and image capture device
[Problem to be Solved] Conventional devices for reproduction of holograms for appreciative viewing do not have any functionality to gate access to special content by exploiting the characteristics of the hologram. Further, a system that allows users to easily perform judgment of authenticity has been much awaited as, with holograms, although a counterfeit prevention effect can be expected visually, counterfeit imitations of the holograms themselves are already in circulation. [Means to Resolve the Problem] It is made possible to read holographic barcodes with such portable information consoles as smartphones to perform judgment of authenticity. In this process, by controlling from the portable information console side the light sources illuminating the hologram, it is possible to add a strong authenticity judgment function without a major increase in cost and also without building any special infrastructure.
