Stitch-size controlled knit product
A knit product includes a compression region and is formed by a circular knitting machine knitting first and second stitches having different stitch sizes in the same course. The second stitch has a smaller stitch size. The second stitch is selectively provided on a stitch-by-stitch basis. The knitting needles have a density of 14 to 24 per inch in a circumferential direction. A face yarn of a knitting yarn has a cotton count larger than 10. A back yarn of the knitting yarn is a covering yarn having a core yarn of polyurethane of 70 denier or less or a man-made fiber of 140 denier or less subjected to texturing. The size difference between the first and second stitches is 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm. The elongation difference between a first-stitch region of the first stitch and a second-stitch region of the second stitch is 20% to 100%.
Dynamic Socks and Associated Methods
The present disclosure relates to a dynamic sock, pantyhose, athletic pants/leggings or similar clothing, designed to increase propulsion or restrict motion in human gait as would be advantageous in athletic, lifestyle, medical or similar applications. Similarly, the described invention would be advantageous in sedentary applications to restrict joint angle for various pathologies. The exemplary sock includes an integrated propulsion/tension band with increased elastic/compression/tension capability at specific parts of the foot, ankle and lower leg to increase the tension at the dorsiflexion, midstance or plantarflexion phase of the gait cycle or restrict joint excursion in medical applications to thereby increase the rate, amount and force of plantarflexion or dorsiflexion or restrict motion in the sagittal, transverse or horizontal planes.
GARMENT WITH ANATOMICAL BELT FOR THE LOWER BODY
The disclosure relates to a garment (10) for the lower body comprising at least an upper portion forming a belt (12) and a portion forming a body (14), wherein the belt (12) has a stepped annular curvilinear shape extending about a central axis (A) of the garment and comprises a first side portion (20a) and a second side portion (20b) positioned in an axially upper location about the central axis. The first side portion and the second side portion are configured to fit over the associated hip of the wearer. The belt also includes a frontal portion (22) positioned in an axially lower location about the central axis and configured to extend generally under the abdomen of the wearer.
SOCK
A sock comprising a toe section, a heel section, and a mid-section between the toe section and the heel section, wherein the mid-section has a foot bottom portion and a foot upper or instep portion, and wherein at least a part of the foot bottom portion is knit from two or more different yarn types used in an alternating sequence along the longitudinal direction of the mid-section, wherein the different yarn types have different stretch properties. By using the different yarn types in the foot bottom or sole portion between the toe and heel section in an alternating sequence along the longitudinal direction of the mid-section in combination, one can create a sock which has a higher stretch characteristic than other socks.
COMPRESSIVE RESISTANT FABRIC
A sock includes a cuff portion, an upper portion, and a lower portion. The lower portion includes at least one non-compressive resistant fiber, a heal area, a toe area, and at least one compressive resistant fiber. The at least one compressive resistant fiber is located in at least one of the heal area and the toe area and.

Butt enhancing hosiery/shaper under garment
A body worn hosiery/shaper uplifts the rear buttocks in an expandable thin material region, by virtue of respective left and right flank members, which cause the uplifting of the rear buttocks region. The flank members are supported from above by an annular upper waist knitted in welt, that extends circumferentially around the upper rib area. Upper thigh ring cuff portions also help with the uplifting of rear buttocks region from below while the high waisted control top control stomach and back side bulge. The body worn hosiery/shaper also optionally provides sheer leg portions that end just before the toes leaving the toe portion open. An extra wide open crotch double gusset is also provided allowing the user to utilize the restroom when nature calls.
GARMENT FOR FOOT WITH TRIANGULAR ANKLE PANELS
A knit garment is provided to be worn on the foot that has a toe, foot, and heel area. The garment also has a medial triangular ankle panel and a lateral triangular ankle panel. The medial triangular ankle panel has a first medial vertex near the rear, top portion of the foot area, a second medial vertex near the top of the heel area, and a third medial vertex below and between the first and second medial vertices. The lateral triangular ankle panel has a first lateral vertex near the rear, top portion of the foot area, a second lateral vertex near the top of the heel area, and a third lateral vertex below and between the first and second lateral vertices. The sides of the medial and lateral triangular panels extending between the respective first and second medial and lateral vertices define an opening of the garment for a foot.
SOCKS HAVING INTEGRATED GRIPPING SYSTEMS
Socks or stockings including integrated gripping systems include gripping material disposed on external surfaces of a sole of the sock and gripping material disposed on internal surfaces of the sock. In some examples, the integrated gripping systems comprise a first set of gripping dots comprising gripping material applied to external surfaces of the sole of the sock and a second set of gripping dots comprising gripping material applied to internal surfaces of the sole of the sock. In some examples, the integrated gripping systems comprise a knitted fabric including gripping yarn, which includes knitted gripping portions disposed on internal surfaces of the sock and external surfaces of the sock.
Knit sock with targeted compression zone
A knit sock includes a foot portion having an upper instep area and a lower sole area integrally knit of a body yarn in circumferential courses and axial wales. The lower sole area defines inner and outer arch regions. The inner arch region incorporates a targeted compression zone adapted to reside generally adjacent an inner arch of a wearer's foot. The compression zone includes axially extending compression ridges of variable length spaced apart from a top of the compression zone to a bottom of the compression zone. When the sock is worn, a compression force applied by the foot portion within the targeted compression zone is greater than the compression force in directly adjacent areas of said foot portion.
