One system includes a mobile computing device comprising computer readable instructions stored thereon that are executable by a processor to: retrieve configuration data for a physical controller from a remote database, install the configuration data on the physical controller, receive data associated with a status of the physical controller after the configuration data is installed on the physical controller, and synchronize the data associated with the status of the physical controller with the remote database.
PROGRAM COMPARISON APPARATUS, PROGRAM COMPARISON METHOD, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
A program comparison apparatus includes: a set alignment unit that divides a comparison source-program which is a first FBD program into sets of program components connected to one another, and rearranges the sets in a line along a Y-axis direction which is a vertical direction in ascending order of execution, and also divides a comparison edited-program which is a second FBD program into sets of program components connected to one another, and rearranges the sets in a line along the Y-axis direction in ascending order of execution; a difference detection unit that detects a difference in the sets between the comparison source-program and the comparison edited-program rearranged as difference information; and a difference display control unit that causes the sets of the comparison source-program and the comparison edited-program that are rearranged to be displayed within a screen of a display device.
Power sharing solid-state relay
A solid-state switch, comprising at least one switch controller. At least one switch having a first terminal coupled to a power source, a second terminal coupled to the power source and a control terminal coupled to the switch controller and configured to selectively conduct and block current flow from the first terminal to the second terminal. At least one power converter coupled to the first terminal and the second terminal and configured to convert power from the power source from a first voltage level to a second voltage level and to provide power at the second voltage level to the switch controller.
BATTERY LEVEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A battery level management system includes a battery module, outputting electric energy, and outputting battery level information according to stored electricity; a control module, receiving the battery level information, and performing encoding according to the battery level information to output a control signal; a constant voltage module, receiving the electric energy to output constant-voltage electric energy, where the control module controls turn-on and turn-off of the constant voltage module through the control signal; and a computing module, receiving the constant-voltage electric energy, and performing decoding according to the constant-voltage electric energy to output the battery level information. The constant voltage module outputs the constant-voltage electric energy with different waveforms according to the control signal, and the computing module obtains the battery level information according to the waveforms of the constant-voltage electric energy.
Dynamic Coordination and Execution of Independent Heterogeneous Program Units
A method for executing heterogeneous program units of a program, in particular for controlling an automated system, includes forming, using a central management unit, an execution unit including program sequences having a plurality of instances of the heterogeneous program units. The heterogeneous program units are chosen from a set of the heterogeneous program units which are registered on the central management unit. The method further includes executing the plurality of instances of the heterogeneous program units of the execution unit according to a configured sequence.
System, method, and apparatus for attaching structures
Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for attaching structures. One system includes: a device having a first structure attached to a second structure; a first polymer coupled to the first structure, wherein the first polymer has a first temperature profile and a first shape; and a second polymer coupled to the second structure. The second polymer has a second temperature profile and a second shape. The second shape interlocks the first shape. The first polymer and the second polymer secure the first structure to the second structure in response to the first polymer and the second polymer being in a first temperature range. The first polymer and the second polymer release the first structure from the second structure in response to the first polymer and the second polymer being in a second temperature range different from the first temperature range.
INTELLIGENT BINDING AND SELECTION OF HARDWARE VIA AUTOMATION CONTROL OBJECTS
The present disclosure is directed to systems, methods and devices for facilitating object-based industrial automation control. An automation control library comprised of a plurality of objects may be maintained in association with one or more industrial automation applications. Code defining the execution of an industrial automation process may be received. A plurality of objects in the object library for implementing the industrial automation control process may be identified. The plurality of identified objects may be matched to one or more hardware components based on one or more operational requirements included in the code, and available hardware resources for performing the automation control process.
Automated computer-controlled machine to fabricate an object from a workpiece
An automated computer-implemented method for generating commands for controlling a computer numerically controlled machine to fabricate an object from a workpiece, the method including the steps of selecting a maximum permitted engagement angle between a rotating cutting tool and the workpiece, selecting a minimum permitted engagement angle between the rotating cutting tool and the workpiece, and configuring a tool path for the tool relative to the workpiece in which the engagement angle gradually varies between the maximum permitted engagement angle and the minimum permitted engagement angle.
Intelligent Stereo Garage System Based On Internet+ And Vehicle Parking And Pickup Methods
An intelligent stereo garage system based on Internet+ and a vehicle parking and pick-up method. The system includes a mobile APP (10), a cloud server (20), a computer system (30), a programmable logic controller (PLC) system (40), a stereo garage (50), and an all-in-one touch machine (60), where the all-in-one touch machine (60) is deployed next to the stereo garage (50), and the computer system (30) is deployed outside or inside the stereo garage (50). A fully-automatic parking method uses different parking and pick-up modes, which technically ensures that users can get their vehicles in time without hindering other users, and allows users to truly experience the system intelligence. This deeply embodies the smart city's idea of interconnecting everything with a mobile phone. The method largely solves problems such as parking difficulty, illegal parking, unauthorized charges, traffic jams, traffic noise, traffic accidents, and vehicle pollution.
