Methods, systems, and computer-readable media storing instructions are described for receiving an Enterprise Quality Management (EQM) communication from a first computer system on the computer network, the EQM communication being transmitted in a first data format and being configured to pass EQM data between the first computer system and a second computer system on the computer network, determining whether the EQM communication is in a data format interpretable by the second computer system, transforming the EQM communication into a second data format interpretable by the second computer system based at least in part on a determination that the EQM communication is not in a data format interpretable by the second computer system, and transmitting the transformed EQM communication to the second computer system.

A method for wellbore construction management includes measuring at least one drilling operating parameter during drilling of a wellbore. At least one well state parameter is calculated from the measured drilling operating parameter. A difference between the calculated well state parameter and a predetermined value of the well state parameter is determined. When the difference exceeds a selected threshold a modified well plan is calculated comprising at least one drilling task to enable construction of at least part of the wellbore to conform to the modified well plan. The at least one drilling task is displayed to a user.

A smart power system is described. In one or more implementations, the smart power system comprises a microcontroller and a power converter electrically connected to the microcontroller and is configured to convert electrical energy from one form to another. The system also includes a switch element electrically connected to the microcontroller and configured to control distribution of the converted electrical energy to an electrical load. A sense element is electrically connected to the electrical load and to the microcontroller and is configured to monitor the converted electrical energy distributed to the electrical load and to furnish a feedback signal based upon the converted electrical energy. The microcontroller is configured to verify and to monitor the power converter, as well as to control and to monitor distribution of the converted electrical energy to the electrical load based upon the feedback signal.

A computer-implemented method includes: monitoring, by a computing device, communication flows within an industrial processing system; identifying, by the computing device, a hazardous command based on monitoring the communication flows, wherein identifying the hazardous command includes running a simulation with the communication flows as an input to the simulation; generating, by the computing device, a set of one or more mitigating commands based on identifying the hazardous command; and outputting, by the computing device, the set of one or more mitigating commands to components within the industrial processing system, wherein outputting the set of the one or more mitigating commands reduces a level of hazard caused by the hazardous command.
