IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE
The image processing device displays, on a display, a virtual screen obtained by viewing, from above, an aggregate board in which multiple unit boards having a common component configuration are arranged. A control section of the image processing device uses one unit board at a predetermined position among the multiple unit boards as a reference unit board, generates a detailed image in which respective components are arranged on the unit board based on positional information of all components to be mounted on the unit boards, for the reference unit board, generates a simplified image obtained by simplifying the unit board, for a non-reference unit board other than the reference unit board among the multiple unit boards, and displays a simple virtual screen displaying the detailed image at a position of the reference unit board and the simplified image at a position of the non-reference unit board as the virtual screen.
Gestural control of an industrial robot
A robot system is configured to identify gestures performed by an end-user proximate to a work piece. The robot system then determines a set of modifications to be made to the work piece based on the gestures. A projector coupled to the robot system projects images onto the work piece that represent the modification to be made and/or a CAD model of the work piece. The robot system then performs the modifications.
Gestural control of an industrial robot
A robot system is configured to identify gestures performed by an end-user proximate to a work piece. The robot system then determines a set of modifications to be made to the work piece based on the gestures. A projector coupled to the robot system projects images onto the work piece that represent the modification to be made and/or a CAD model of the work piece. The robot system then performs the modifications.

A computer-implemented method includes receiving toolpath data for machining a workpiece with a tool along a toolpath. The tool is comprised by a machine tool that is numerically controlled by a control device. Machine code for the machine tool corresponding to the toolpath data is received. A map linking at least one item of the toolpath data and at least one item of the machine code corresponding to the least one item of the toolpath data is created. At least one first item of the toolpath data and one or more second items of the machine code corresponding to the at least one first item are displayed to a user using the created map. A control device and a machine tool arranged and configured to execute the computer-implemented method are also provided.

A computer-implemented method includes receiving toolpath data for machining a workpiece with a tool along a toolpath. The tool is comprised by a machine tool that is numerically controlled by a control device. Machine code for the machine tool corresponding to the toolpath data is received. A map linking at least one item of the toolpath data and at least one item of the machine code corresponding to the least one item of the toolpath data is created. At least one first item of the toolpath data and one or more second items of the machine code corresponding to the at least one first item are displayed to a user using the created map. A control device and a machine tool arranged and configured to execute the computer-implemented method are also provided.
Control system
A control system controls an industrial machine, and each of controllers includes a screen generation unit which generates a controller screen that is displayed on a controller display unit and which generates a glasses screen that is displayed on s glasses-type display device based on a variation in an internal state of the controller screen and the glasses-type display device includes: a transmissive glasses display unit which is arranged so as to correspond to the positions of the eyes of a wearer and which can display the generated glasses screen; a glasses side transmission/reception unit which acquires specific information for specifying the controller that is connected; and a display control unit which displays the glasses screen and the specific information on the glasses display unit.
Control system

A display control system for displaying and controlling a screen, including: a first display instruction means that instructs the screen to display a first mode of the first machine tool; a second display instruction means that instructs the screen to display a second mode of the second machine tool; a third display instruction means that instructs the screen to display an image captured by the camera; and a control means that displays and controls, in response to receiving input of tool related information regarding a tool in the first mode, an image regarding the tool related information, which is obtained from the camera. The tool related information includes any one of a tool number, a pot number of a magazine accommodating the tool, a station number of a turret to which the tool is attached, and a tool correction value.
DISPLAY CONTROL SYSTEM
A display control system for displaying and controlling a screen, including: a first display instruction means that instructs the screen to display a first mode of the first machine tool; a second display instruction means that instructs the screen to display a second mode of the second machine tool; a third display instruction means that instructs the screen to display an image captured by the camera; and a control means that displays and controls, in response to receiving input of tool related information regarding a tool in the first mode, an image regarding the tool related information, which is obtained from the camera. The tool related information includes any one of a tool number, a pot number of a magazine accommodating the tool, a station number of a turret to which the tool is attached, and a tool correction value.
SYSTEM AND METHOD IMPLEMENTING AUXILIARY DEVICE TO WORK MACHINE
An assembly for a work machine comprises an operation lever comprising a first switch and a second switch, the first switch being activated and set for controlling the work machine and the second switch being deactivated at a point of factory shipment, a first port electrically coupled to the second switch of the operation lever, a second port coupled to a power source of the work machine, and a processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to receive a request for setting an auxiliary device to the work machine from an input device, the auxiliary device being detachably attached to the work machine after the point of factory shipment; assign the first port to the second switch of the operation lever, to control the auxiliary device; assign the second port to the auxiliary device, to supply power to the auxiliary device; and set configuration information of the auxiliary device based on input information from the input device.
