Automated manufacturing of shoe parts with a pickup tool
Manufacturing of a shoe or a portion of a shoe is enhanced by executing various shoe-manufacturing processes in an automated fashion. For example, information describing a shoe part may be determined, such as an identification, an orientation, a color, a surface topography, an alignment, a size, etc. Based on the information describing the shoe part, automated shoe-manufacturing apparatuses may be instructed to apply various shoe-manufacturing processes to the shoe part, such as a pickup and placement of the shoe part with a pickup tool.
Tool, task management device, task management method, and task management system
A tool is equipped with a torque sensor, suited for a tightening task of a fastening component of a device such as a fluid control system that requires a large number of fastening components for assembly and has a narrow space for access to the fastening components, and capable of automatically detecting a tightening torque. The tool includes a torque sensor capable of detecting a tightening torque for tightening a fastening component acting on a bit. The torque sensor initiates measurement of the tightening torque when the tightening torque detected exceeds a set threshold value, completes measurement when the tightening torque detected falls below the set threshold value and a set time elapses, and outputs torque-related data formed on the basis of measurement data from measurement initiation to measurement completion and including a measurement time. The torque-related data includes a peak value of the measurement data.
Assembly information providing system and module assembly
Disclosed are an assembly information providing system and a module assembly including a module assembly including at least one control module including a functional unit including an assembly information management unit generating assembly information; and a user terminal and an assembly information providing server connected to the module assembly through a network and an assembly information providing method including: receiving, by the user terminal or the assembly information providing server, the assembly information from the control module; and storing, by the user terminal or the assembly information providing server, the assembly information and determining whether an assembly error of the module assembly occurs based on the assembly information and transmitting assembly error information to the module assembly, and the assembly error information includes module unique information of at least one module with an error.
Modular footwear and method of manufacturing
Modular footwear and a method of manufacturing that uses pre-manufactured outsoles each with a plurality of clips that fit into recessed clip openings formed on the top surface of the outsole. Disposed over the outsole is a mid-sole pad with clip openings configured to be aligned and registered over the clips located on the outsole. Disposed over the outsole is a shoe upper with a plurality of hook members configured to attached to the clips located on the outsole. Disposed inside the shoe upper is air upper sole pad that covers the mid-sole pad. Because different shoe uppers may be used with the same outsole, footwear retailers only need to carry a limited number of outsoles and a wide selection of shoe uppers to offer a wide variety of different styles on footwear. Customers can purchase different shoe uppers and exchange them on the outsoles to create different styles of footwear.
BENCHTOP VISUAL PROTOTYPING AND ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
A visual prototyping and assembly system includes a work surface configured to hold one or more work-in-progress units during an assembly operation. The visual prototyping and assembly system may receive the one or more images of the work-in-progress units; determine a current assembly state of the work-in-progress units based on the one or more images of the work-in-progress units; generate a current digital twin model of the -in-progress units corresponding to the current assembly state of the work-in-progress units and display the current digital twin model a user interface; determine a subsequent assembly state of the work-in-progress units; and generate a subsequent digital twin model of the work-in-progress units corresponding to the subsequent assembly state of the work-in-progress units and display the subsequent digital twin model on the user interface.

Attachment device
An attachment device attaches a plurality of attachment target members to an attachment portion formed in a circumferential direction of a rotating main body portion. A first measurement unit measures a physical amount concerning a perimeter of the attachment portion. An attachment unit attaches, to the attachment portion, the plurality of attachment target members selected based on the physical amount concerning the perimeter measured by the first measurement unit. A second measurement unit measures a physical amount concerning a gap between the adjacent attachment target members to be attached by the attachment unit.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MODELING A MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY LINE
Various systems and methods for modeling a manufacturing assembly line are disclosed herein. Some embodiments relate to operating a processor to receive cell data and line production data, determine one or more production associations between the cell data and the line production data; evaluate the one or more production associations to identify one or more critical production associations; retrieve the cell data and the line production data associated with the one or more critical production associations; and train a predictive model with the retrieved cell data and the retrieved line production data to predict the production level of the manufacturing assembly line.
Method And Process Using Fingerprint Based Semiconductor Manufacturing Process Fault Detection
Sensitivity calculations are provided of a process model through the rate of change of a model fingerprint with respect to process variables and defects. A fingerprint sensitivity table is generated, where process variables are associated with a set of fingerprint sensitivities. The fingerprint of incoming substrates is monitored through a production process by applying the same fingerprint method that is used in the process model. Calculations are made of the difference between the incoming substrate fingerprint and the process model predicted fingerprint. This difference fingerprint is compared against the table of fingerprint sensitivities to find the process variable most likely to be responsible for the difference. Spatial relationships between process variables and actual measurements on the substrate may be obtained. Correlation through fingerprint sensitivity improves the ability to pinpoint faulty process tools. The difference fingerprint may also identify the formation of defects on a substrate.
PROGRAM GENERATION APPARATUS, PROGRAM GENERATION METHOD, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM STORING A GENERATION PROGRAM
A program generation apparatus according to one or more embodiments may extract, from a series of motions defined in a motion program, a motion to be corrected based on a difference in attribute between a first component indicated as a target of a component change and a second component to replace the first component, and generate a new motion program by correcting a command value of the extracted motion to compensate for the difference in the attribute.
