A policy input interface may be structured to receive policy inputs relating to definition of at least one parameter of at least one of a rule, a policy, or a protocol, wherein the at least one parameter defines at least one of: a configuration for a data collection device, an access policy for accessing data from the data collection device, or a collection policy for collection of data by the data collection device, and a policy automation engine structured to interpret the policy inputs and automatically configure and deploy the at least one of the rule, the policy, or the protocol within the data collection system.

The encoder includes a first disk and a second disk which are mounted to a rotation shaft of a motor, a first rotation position detection sensor that detects a rotation position in one rotation of the rotation shaft of the motor from the first disk, a second rotation position detection sensor that detects a rotation position in one rotation of the rotation shaft of the motor from the second disk, and transmission circuitry that transmits first safety data, which includes first rotation position data indicating the rotation position detected by the first rotation position detection sensor and second rotation position data indicating the rotation position detected by the second rotation position detection sensor, and the control circuitry compares the rotation position included in the first rotation position data and the rotation position included in the second rotation position data.

SYSTEMS, DEVICES AND METHODS FOR BEARING ANALYSIS IN AN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT
Systems, devices and methods for bearing analysis in an industrial environment are disclosed. A data acquisition circuit structured to interpret a plurality of detection values corresponding to a plurality of input sensors coupled to the data acquisition circuit, a data storage for storing specifications and anticipated state information for a plurality of bearing types and buffering the plurality of detection values for a predetermined length of time, and a bearing analysis circuit to analyze buffered detection values relative to specifications and anticipated state information resulting in at least one bearing parameter are described. Analysis may include filtering the detection values through a high pass filter, identifying rapid changes in detection values, identifying frequencies at which spikes occur and comparing frequencies and spikes in amplitude relative to an anticipated state information and specification.
METHOD AND SYSTEM OF A NOISE PATTERN DATA MARKETPLACE FOR A POWER STATION
Systems and methods for interactions with power station noise patterns are disclosed. A system can include a data collector communicatively coupled to a plurality of input channels, wherein at least one of the plurality of input channels is operatively coupled to a vibration detection facility structured to detect a noise pattern of a power station, a library structured to store the detected noise pattern, an interface circuit structured to make the noise pattern available to a noise pattern marketplace, the noise pattern marketplace including a plurality of noise patterns from a plurality of power stations; and a user interface for accessing at least one of the plurality noise patterns of the noise pattern marketplace.

A system may include a data collector communicatively coupled to a plurality of input channels, wherein the data collector collects data based on a selected data collection routine, a data storage structured to store a plurality of collector routes and collected data, wherein the plurality of collector routes each include a different data collection routine, a data acquisition circuit structured to interpret the collected data and determine an occurrence of an anomalous condition, a data analysis circuit to evaluate a data storage constraint of the monitoring system and to adjust a volume of collected data stored in response to the evaluation, and a haptic user device for generating a haptic stimulation in response to an occurrence of a specified anomalous condition in the refining environment.
