Abnormality diagnostic system and industrial machinery
An object of the present invention is to provide an abnormality diagnostic system that can enhance diagnostic precision even if a computer arranged on the machine side does not have sufficient throughput in diagnosing a condition of a machine or equipment based upon time series data generated by a sensor and can reduce communication capacity because communication data volume decreases and industrial machinery provided with the abnormality diagnostic system. A diagnostic device on the machine side 2 diagnoses time series data generated by a sensor, acquires a primary diagnostic result, extracts time series data related to the primary diagnostic result and outputs it to a diagnostic device on the server side 3 together with the primary diagnostic result, the diagnostic device on the server side 3 diagnoses the time series data, acquires a secondary diagnostic result, and displays the secondary diagnostic result together with the primary diagnostic result. Besides, the diagnostic device on the server side compares the diagnostic results and updates a diagnostic process of the diagnostic device on the machine side 2 when the diagnostic results are different as a result of the comparison.
Systems and methods for balancing remote oil and gas equipment
Systems and methods for balancing remote oil and gas equipment are disclosed. An example system may include analog sensors coupled to a piece of equipment and an analog switch with a plurality of analog sensor channels, wherein a first analog sensor channel comprises a trigger channel coupled to a first of the analog sensors, and wherein a second one of the analog sensor channels comprises an input channel coupled to a second sensors. The analog switch may digitally derive a relative phase between the trigger channel and the input channel, utilize a PLL band-pass tracking filter to determine at least one of slow-speed RPMs or phase information for the piece of equipment, and a response circuit that provides a process change command to remotely balance at least one component of the piece of equipment based on the RPMs or the phase information.
PROVIDING A STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE ASSOCIATED WITH A MONITORING SYSTEM OF A FACILITY
Methods, devices, and systems for providing a standard operating procedure associated with a monitoring system of facility are described herein. One method includes determining a plurality of parameters associated with a facility having a monitoring system, accessing a library of SOP templates to determine a particular SOP template having a correlation with the plurality of parameters, allowing a user to create an SOP by customizing the particular SOP template, and associating the created SOP with the plurality of parameters.
DEPLOYMENT ASSURANCE CHECKS FOR MONITORING INDUSTRIAL CONTROL SYSTEMS
This disclosure provides an apparatus and method for deployment assurance checks for monitoring industrial control systems and other systems. A method includes identifying, by a risk manager system, a plurality of connected devices that are vulnerable to cyber-security risks. The method includes determining devices to be monitored from the plurality of connected devices. The method includes evaluating system resource usage, by the risk manager system, on each device to be monitored. The method includes providing recommendations to a user as to whether or not the user should proceed with the monitoring, based on the evaluation.
Fault Symptom Detection System
In the conventional technique, network performances of a machine and a server become different due to the diagnosis target machine when a fault symptom diagnosis function is provided to a plurality of different diagnosis target machines. Therefore, the plurality of different machines are not able to be handled using one system. The present invention is a fault symptom diagnosis system including: a diagnosis execution unit; an arrangement unit; a diagnosis target machine; a diagnosis server; and a network, wherein the diagnosis execution unit includes processing modules of a sensor input processing, a preprocessing, a diagnosis processing, and a postprocessing, and a common interface that connects the processing modules, and wherein the arrangement unit arranges and executes the processing modules in the diagnosis target machine or the diagnosis server.
BRUSH HOLDER ASSEMBLY MONITORING APPARATUS, ASSEMBLY, SYSTEM AND METHOD
Methods and systems for monitoring a brush holder assembly and/or detecting wear of a brush in a brush holder assembly are disclosed. One method includes sending data from a plurality of remote monitoring locations to a central control unit, where the data may be evaluated in order to monitor states of brushes at a plurality of remote electrical facilities. For example, multiple images of a marker tracking longitudinal movement of the brush may be acquired. A comparison of the images, for example, a comparative imaging technique, such as pixel-by-pixel comparison, may then be performed in order to evaluate a condition of the brush, such as the wear rate, wear state, or life expectancy of the brush.
Big Data in Process Control Systems
A big data network or system for a process control system or plant includes a big data apparatus including a data storage area configured to store, using a common data schema, multiple types of process data and/or plant data (such as configuration and real-time data) that is used in, generated by or received by the process control system, and one or more data receiver computing devices to receive the data from multiple nodes or devices. The data may be cached and time-stamped at the nodes and streamed to the big data apparatus for storage. The process control system big data system provides services and/or data analyses to automatically or manually discover prescriptive and/or predictive knowledge, and to determine, based on the discovered knowledge, changes and/or additions to the process control system and to the set of services and/or analyses to optimize the process control system or plant.
POSITIONING SYSTEM
A positioning unit that performs positioning with respect to a predetermined sample, an imaging unit that obtains an image of the sample, and a processing unit, in which the imaging unit is moved by the positioning unit, and obtains a first image and a second image which is obtained later than the first image, and in which the processing unit obtains a first position shift trend from the first image and the second image, and determines whether or not the positioning is abnormal from a change of the first position shift trend.
Monitor system
A monitor system for monitoring a status of one or more equipment includes a plurality of mobile terminals respectively operated by a plurality of operators. Each of the plurality of mobile terminals includes a communicator that receives status information with regard to the status of the equipment via a communication line; a display that displays, when the status according to the status information received from one of the mobile terminals indicates that the equipment requires a specified operation, information showing that the specified operation is required; and a territory setter that sets a territory in which one or more operations for the equipment to be performed by the operator of the each of the plurality of mobile terminals.
