SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING ABNORMAL STATE OF VELOCITY OUTPUTTED FROM MOTOR
A system includes a control module, a velocity-detecting module and a state-analyzing module. The control module generates a control command to control the servo drive system, and bases on the control command to define angular-acceleration standard ranges with respect to detection times. The velocity-detecting module detects output angular-velocity values of the servo motor with respect to detection times upon when the servo motor is driven. The state-analyzing module includes a processing unit and an abnormal-state judging unit. The processing unit stores the output angular-velocity values, and bases on the output angular-velocity values to calculate output angular-acceleration values with respect to the detection times. The abnormal-state judging unit determines whether or not each of the output angular-acceleration values with respect to each of the corresponding detection times is within the respective angular-acceleration standard range and thereby to generate corresponding comparison results.
HETEROGENEOUS FIELD DEVICES CONTROL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON INDUSTRIAL INTERNET OPERATING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a heterogeneous field devices control management system based on an industrial internet operating system. In order to solve the problems that it is difficult to add new heterogeneous field devices to an existing system, as well as that the system has low security and a real-time performance, on one hand, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, on the basis of the differences of real-time requirements of services operated by heterogeneous field devices, a real-time virtual machine processes a real-time service and a non-real-time virtual machine processes a non-real-time service, thus different operating environments could be customized for a real-time service and a non-real-time service, avoiding the situation that when a system upgrade is made for a non-real-time service or a non-real-time virtual service fails, a real-time service is also affected, service isolation is realized, and, stability and reliability of industrial field control are enhanced.
System and Method for Arc Detection and Intervention in Solar Energy Systems
An arc detection and intervention system for a solar energy system. One or more arc detectors are strategically located among strings of solar panels. In conjunction with local management units (LMUs), arcs can be isolated and affected panels disconnected from the solar energy system.
Drive control apparatus
There is provided a drive control apparatus that can maintain a drive control system to be in a safe state even in a case where operational abnormality of avoiding a normal reset of a control processor or operational abnormality of avoiding solution even after resetting the control processor occurs in the control processor. The control processor includes an actuator control processing unit configured to generate a control signal for a drive circuit being a control target apparatus and an actuator, and a diagnosis processing unit configure to diagnosing the actuator control processing unit. The diagnosis processing unit cyclically outputs a reset signal to WDT in a case where the operation of the control processor is normal. The WDT continuously outputs a cutoff signal for cutting off a supply of the control signal from the control processor to the control target apparatus when the cyclic reset signal stops.
Fault detection and tolerance in downhole tool string assemblies
Systems, methods, and devices for fault detection and tolerance in a downhole tool string are provided. If a fault is detected in an electrical path between tools of downhole tool string, one or more switches of a fault detection and tolerance circuit may be kept open to isolate the fault in an electrical path between tools of downhole tool string. If a fault is not detected, one or more switches of a fault detection and tolerance circuit may be closed to enable the transmission of signals on the electrical path. In some embodiments of fault detection and tolerance circuits, an additional one or more switches may be kept open to isolate the fault in electronics of the tool.
METHOD OF TREND ANALYSIS AND AUTOMATIC TUNING OF ALARM PARAMETERS
A method of trend analysis and automatic tuning of alarm parameters for a machine is provided. The method includes obtaining condition related measurements of the machine, checking a Condition Indicator (CI) value with respect to a set threshold, calculating the number of times the value is above the threshold during the N last measurements, displaying the number of times the value is above the threshold during the N last measurements in a diagram, triggering the alarm if the value has been above the threshold more times than the alarm level during the N last measurements, comparing historical measurement data when each alarm triggered with defects recorded, correlating a relationship between the alarms triggered and the defects detected, counting the number of true positives, false negatives and false positives from the current measurement data, comparing the number of counted true positives, false negatives and false positives with the acceptable defined limits.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RECORDING EVENTS IN COMPUTING SYSTEMS
A computing system includes one or more electronic components, a first programmable device, and a baseboard management controller (BMC). The first programmable device is communicatively coupled to a first subset of the one or more electronic components. The first programmable device is configured to detect event activities associated with the first subset and to store the event activities as stored first event data. The BMC includes a system event log. The BMC is communicatively coupled to the first programmable device. The BMC is configured to receive the stored first event data and to write the stored first event data in the system event log.
System and Method for Performing Analyses and Automation Within Digital Systems
A device, method, and computer readable medium for automating processes in digital environments. Illustratively, the method includes providing an instruction to implement at least one operation on a target computing platform. The method includes executing one or more commands to search for one or more locations of the target computing platform to determine a target property. The one or more commands search based on at least one pre-configured parameter of a plurality of pre-configured parameters for searching computing platforms. The method includes determining at least one automated command to execute based on the determined target property of the target computing platform and the at least one operation. The at least one automated command is selected from an automated command repository for detecting anomalies in digital environments. The method includes executing the determined at least one automated command to detect anomalies.
System and method for diagnosing battery
The present disclosure relates to a battery diagnosis system including a processor configured to: receive high-voltage battery information of a parked car; measure impedance of a battery through the received battery information; and determine, based on a comparison between a normal battery impedance and an abnormal battery impedance, that a battery having an abnormal battery impedance is an abnormal battery.
A TYPOGRAPHICAL-BASED DIGITAL SIGNATURE FOR HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT
This disclosure creates a language that may describe how any type of equipment behaves. The scalable language may uniquely identify equipment and components of equipment. The language includes words comprising characters that can describe the sequence of operations of the equipment. The characters may describe characteristic signatures in power consumption signals of the equipment as well as components of the equipment over an operational cycle of the equipment. The characters, e.g., glyphs or runes, may use a scale-free format modeled after typography. These characters may be scaled to give different confidence levels when comparing the characters to monitored power consumption signals. The language also describes how the equipment transitions between events during the sequence of operation. A compiler may use this language to generate programming instructions that may cause processing circuitry to efficiently monitor equipment, including determining a state of health of the equipment.
