Methods and systems for automated HVAC testing
The invention involves the automated testing of HVAC units using an energy management system. The automated HVAC test is performed to understand if one or more HVAC units are operational across one or more locations. If an HVAC unit is not operational, HVAC testing could be performed to understand which component or stage of the HVAC unit is not working as designed. The automated HVAC test is also used to calculate the efficiency of the HVAC unit(s) being tested. The various HVAC tests are performed on all HVAC units as a form of preventative maintenance and diagnostics. These tests can be scheduled on-demand, for a future date and time, or on a recurring schedule (monthly or quarterly). A report is generated for each HVAC test and can be viewed and exported from a cloud-based energy management platform.
System and method for managing vehicle battery
A system for managing a vehicle battery that is chargeable/dischargeable and stores energy for driving a vehicle driving motor is disclosed. The system for managing a vehicle battery as disclosed includes a controller that receives a voltage of each of a plurality of battery cells in a vehicle battery, a temperature of the vehicle battery, and an insulation resistance of the vehicle battery, determines a reference value based on a deviation between voltages of the plurality of battery cells and the temperature of the vehicle battery, and determines whether the vehicle battery is abnormal by comparing the determined reference value with the insulation resistance.
LIGHTING DEVICE WITH FAULT DETECTION AND SELF-LOCKING CONTROL FUNCTION
A lighting device with fault detection and self-locking control function, which includes a light-emitting module, a power module, a voltage detection module, a signal conversion module, a self-locking control module and a signal control module. The power module drives the light-emitting module. The voltage detection module detects the driving voltage of the light-emitting module to generate a detection signal. The signal conversion module converts the detection signal into an operating status signal. The self-locking control module controls the power module. The signal control module controls the self-locking control module according to the operating status signal. The signal control module activates the self-locking control module when the operating status signal is in an abnormal state, and the self-locking control module controls the power module to stop driving the light-emitting module and enter a self-locking state.
Battery diagnosis system and method
The present invention relates to a battery diagnosis system and method, and disclosed is a battery diagnosis system including a receiving unit that receives information on a high voltage battery and charge state information of the high voltage battery of a vehicle being charged; a control unit that controls a current of the high voltage battery; a measurement unit that measures a voltage change amount of the high voltage battery in which the current is controlled; and a determination unit that determines the battery having the voltage change amount of an abnormal battery among the voltage change amounts of the battery measured in the measurement unit.
Anomalous Event Detection System with Sparse, Event-Driven Sensor Data
A machine anomaly detection method comprising: collecting sparse, event-driven, time series data from one or more physical sensors; inputting the sparse, event-driven, time series data into a heterogeneous ensemble of at least two disparate and independent anomaly detection algorithms; receiving an output from each of the disparate and independent anomaly detection algorithms, wherein each output comprises a score and an uncertainty associated with detection of an anomaly; and combining, with a processor, the outputs into a unified output that comprises an overall score and an overall uncertainty associated with the anomaly.
DATA FLOW FAILURE DETECTION USING DATA SIGNIFICANCE RANKING ANALYSIS
Data flow failure detection of an HLDI using a data tag selection based on analysis of the HLDI data tags and identification of most significant subset of data tags. Data tags are analyzed to determine a significance level for each data tag. The data tags may be ranked by significance level, and a subset of the most significant data tags is selected based on a cutoff level. The subset of most significant data tags may be monitored in real-time to determine the health (that is, data flow quality or failure) of the HLDI.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TESTING A PROCESS
A device and a method for testing a process. A state variable of the process is controllable using a control input from a controller. The method includes determining successive values of the state variables without control input, starting from an initial value of the state variables, and a set of the successive values of the state variables, which can be calculated, until the quadratic Lyapunov function for the value of the state variables reaches a predetermined threshold value, and determining that the process is robust with respect to the set of successive values without control input.
Big telematics data network communication fault identification system
Apparatus, device, methods and system relating to a vehicular telemetry environment for the for identifying in real time unpredictable network communication faults based upon pre-processed raw telematics big data logs that may include GPS data and an indication of vehicle status data, and supplemental data that may further include location data and network data.
HEALTH DIAGNOSTIC TOOL FOR A TELEMATICS DEVICE
A diagnostic system and technique for a machine (e.g. an industrial machine) to detect, identify, and resolve faults and issues with the machine, including connectivity and/or issues with a communications system. An on-board diagnostic system provides monitoring of machine components and/or the machine's communications system. The on-board system provides faster (e.g. real-time) and more accurate diagnostics and troubleshooting of machine issues.
