Free orientation fourier camera
Certain aspects pertain to Fourier camera systems and methods. In one aspect, a Fourier camera comprises a first optical system, a second optical system, a variable aperture filter, and a light detector. The first optical system configured to receive illumination reflected from a curved sample surface. The variable aperture filter configured to move an aperture to a plurality of aperture locations in a Fourier plane, wherein the aperture filters light from the first optical system to the second optical system. The light detector configured to receive light from the second optical system, and configured to acquire a plurality of raw intensity images of the curved sample surface corresponding to the plurality of aperture locations, wherein the raw images are iteratively updated in overlapping regions in Fourier space to generate a focused, substantially uniform resolution image of the curved sample surface, and wherein the overlapping regions correspond to the plurality of aperture locations.
Skin measurement apparatus and skin measurement system comprising ultraviolet ray emitting device
A skin measurement apparatus for emitting a plurality of lights for photographing an image of the skin. A skin measurement apparatus includes an ultraviolet ray emitting device; a white light emitting device; a focus lens enabling incident light, which is an ultraviolet ray emitted by means of the ultraviolet ray emitting device and a white light emitted by means of the white light emitting device reflected off the skin and transmitted, to pass therethrough; and an emission control device for controlling the ultraviolet ray emitting device and the white light emitting device such that the ultraviolet ray and the white light can be emitted together. The emission control device adjusts the strength of the white light on the basis of white light control information from the outside.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE THAT PROVIDES RECOMMENDED COLOR INFORMATION AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
An electronic device may include: a communication circuit; a display; and a processor, wherein the processor obtains skin information including a plurality of parameters, and provides at least one recommended color information based on at least one parameter of the plurality of parameters included in the skin information.
Method for treating cancerous and pre-cancerous skin
The present disclosure provides a method for treating clinical or pre-clinical skin damage in a skin field of a subject, wherein the skin field has been allocated a skin cancerization field index (SCR) score of at least 1 as determined by a process comprising the steps of: (i) assessing the number of keratoses in the skin field; (ii) assessing the thickness of the thickest keratosis in the skin field; and (iii) assessing the proportion of the field affected by clinical or subclinical skin damage. Based on the assessments made in (i), (ii) and (iii) the subject is optionally treated by at least one of (a) freezing one or more lesions, (b) shaving, curetting or surgically removing one or more lesions, (c) applying a topical treatment for actinic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma, and (d) radiation therapy.
Skin condition analyzing and skin disease diagnosis device
The present invention relates to a device for skin condition analysis and skin disease diagnosis. The skin condition analysis and skin disease diagnosis device according to the present invention is an all-in-one type device that can perform not only cosmetic skin condition analysis but also diagnosis of medical skin disease items.
HYBRID MATCHING NETWORK TOPOLOGY
The present disclosure relates to plasma generation systems which utilize plasma for semiconductor processing. The plasma generation system disclosed herein employs a hybrid matching network. The plasma generation system includes a RF generator and a matching network. The matching network includes a first-stage to perform low-Q impedance transformations during high-speed variations in impedance. The matching network includes a second-stage to perform impedance matching for high-Q impedance transformations. The matching network further includes a sensor coupled to the first-stage and the second-stage to calculate the signals that are used to engage the first and second-stages. The matching network includes a first-stage network that is agile enough to tune each state in a modulated RF waveform and a second-stage network to tune a single state in a RF modulated waveform. The plasma generation system also includes a plasma chamber coupled to the matching network.
Intelligent Surgical Marker
Surgical marker systems and methods for delineating a lesion margin of a subject are provided. An example system includes a handheld probe device configured to capture an optical coherence tomography (OCT) image and a processor coupled to a memory. The handheld probe device includes a handheld probe including a fiber-optic probe assembly and a marker assembly. The processor is configured to: segment, by a neural network, each pixels of the OCT into different tissue-type categories; generate one or more feature vectors based at least in part on the segmented pixels; determine, by a one-class classifier, a boundary location in the OCT image between a normal tissue and an abnormal tissue of the tissue structure; and control the marker assembly to selectively create a visible label on a tissue location of the subject, the tissue location corresponding to the boundary location.
ENHANCING PIGMENTATION IN DERMOSCOPY IMAGES
Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for modifying images of skin so as to reduce or enhance the appearance of component pigments, such as melanin and hemoglobin. A diffuse reflectance image of skin, such as a cross-polarized contact dermoscopy image, which conveys information regarding subsurface features of the skin, is processed so as to extract pigment distribution information, which is then used to correct the diffuse reflectance image, such as by reducing the appearance of melanin to allow better visualization of hemoglobin-related structures, such as vasculature. Alternatively, the diffuse reflectance image can be corrected so as to reduce the appearance of hemoglobin to allow better visualization of melanin-related structures.
