SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN A COMMANDER DEVICE AND A RESPONDER DEVICE
A device includes a master device, a set of slave devices and a bus. The master device is configured to transmit first messages carrying a set of operation data message portions indicative of operations for implementation by slave devices of the set of slave devices, and second messages addressed to slave devices in the set of slave devices. The second messages convey identifiers identifying respective ones of the slave devices to which the second messages are addressed, requesting respective reactions towards the master device within respective expected reaction intervals. The slave devices are configured to receive the first messages transmitted from the master device, read respective operation data message portions in the set of operation data message portions, implement respective operations as a function of the respective operation data message portions read, and receive the second messages transmitted from the master device.
I/O unit
An I/O unit comprises: two front-stage terminals; a slave processing circuit; two rear-stage terminals; and a selection circuit for selecting whether to connect the front-stage terminal and the rear-stage terminal, and the front-stage terminal and the rear-stage terminal, or to connect the front-stage terminal and the rear-stage terminal, and the front-stage terminal and the rear-stage terminal. The selection circuit connects to the rear-stage terminal via the slave processing circuit.
I/O unit
An I/O unit transmits signals between a master unit and instruments. The master unit has two redundant master processing circuits. The I/O unit includes: a first slave processing circuit that performs input and output of signals with respect to one of the two master processing circuits; and a second slave processing circuit that performs input and output of signals with respect to the other one of the two redundant master processing circuits.

The system for controlling automatic station-passing of yarn spindle includes MES, first PLC and second PLCs. The method for controlling automatic station-passing of the yarn spindle includes: obtaining by first PLC second operational data of target station from second PLC corresponding to target station and obtaining first operational data of target station according to second operational data; and if first PLC is disconnected with MES, recording by first PLC the first operational data and sending station-passing indication information to second PLC, so that second PLC controls target station to execute yarn spindle station-passing task based on station-passing indication information, where station-passing indication information is permission of station-passing.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AUTOMATIC STATION-PASSING OF YARN SPINDLE, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided are a method for controlling automatic station-passing of a yarn spindle, an electronic device and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of chemical fiber intelligent manufacturing. The method includes: monitoring whether a control button of a first PLC is in an offline mode and whether a control button of a second PLC corresponding to a target station is in an online mode; and storing offline data to an offline cache area if the first PLC generates station-passing indication information for the target station, responsive to determining that the control button of the first PLC is in the offline mode and the control button of the second PLC corresponding to the target station is in the online mode.
