KNITTED FOOT GARMENT AND METHOD FOR TREATING A KNITTED FOOT GARMENT
A method for treating a knitted foot garment that provides added cushion to the knitted material of the sock includes the steps of heating a liquid polymer mixture, forcing gas into the mixture, agitating the mixture to create a bubble infused mixture, injecting the bubble infused mixture into a polymer template, attaching the polymer template to the outer sole of a knitted foot garment, and cooling the gas infused polymer mixture. A knitted foot garment includes upper, heel, toe, and sole knitted fabric portions integrally woven together to define a chamber. A plurality of encapsulated polymer pads are attached to and protrude from an outer surface of either the heel, toe or sole portions. The polymer pads contain gas bubbles to provide increased cushioning to the sole of the foot garment.

A wader comprising a body portion and a bootie. The bootie is attached to the body portion. The bootie is comprised of a toe piece, an ankle piece, and a sole piece. The toe piece, the ankle piece, and the sole piece are adhered together to form the bootie. The toe piece has an outside surface, and the toe piece comprises a raised neoprene area on the outside surface. The ankle piece has an inside surface, and the ankle piece comprises a raised neoprene area on the inside surface. The toe piece, the ankle piece, and the sole piece are all comprised of a neoprene material. The raised neoprene area on the inside surface of the ankle piece is configured to wick moisture up and away from the foot of the wearer.

Described is an article of footwear (e.g. a sock or shoe liner) or a therapeutic vessel which includes fabric having therapeutic spheres, or spherical-type dimensional objects, disposed therein. The therapeutic spheres are positioned in the fabric such that when the fabric is placed on (or otherwise placed in contact with) a foot, the variable positioning spheres, which may be of varied diameters, align with and contact desired compression areas on the sole of the foot.

A sock comprises a sole portion knitted with successive courses of yarn with a thickness defining an outer layer having a first surface, and which further includes a number of spaced ribs extending in a longitudinal direction between the heel and toe each formed by knitting a selected number of additional courses of yarn which extend from the first surface in a direction toward the instep portion of the sock in a position to contact the plantar surface of the foot. Individual ribs are either continuous in the transverse direction, or discontinuous, in which case transverse spaces are formed therealong in between sections of stitched yarn. The longitudinal space between adjacent ribs, and the transverse spaces within individual ribs, are of sufficient strength to increase pressure upon the foot. thereby optimizing venous return of the blood in the foot back to the heart.

An apparel for athletic training is presented. The apparel is useful for helping to reduce fungal and bacterial infections resulting from most athletic apparel. The apparel may also be useful by enhancing low extremity circulation thus helping to preventing varicose veins while protecting the knees, tail bone and hips from trauma. The athletic training apparel 100 is preferably made of antimicrobial fabric. The apparel may have a knee pad to protect each knee, hip pads to protect the hips and a tail bone pad for protecting the tail bone of a trainee. Further a first and second footing for providing security and comfort while training may have a carbon fiber covering for the bottom of each of the footings.
Waterproof Sock Cover Apparatus
A waterproof sock cover apparatus for keeping feet warm and dry in any boot includes a sock body having a foot portion and a cuff portion. The foot portion is configured to receive a user's foot wearing a standard sock and the cuff portion is configured to extend above the standard sock and below a user's knee. The sock body comprises a breathable and soft inner layer, an insulating medial layer continuously disposed around the inner layer, and a waterproof outer layer continuously disposed around the medial layer. A sole is coupled to a bottom side of the foot portion. An elastic band is coupled to the sock body within an upper perimeter of the cuff portion. The elastic band and the surrounding sock body define an elasticized collar configured to secure a user's leg. The sock body is configured to be worn within a boot.

The present invention relates to a yoga cushion-padded sock in which a cushion pad is attached through mold pressing instead of needlework so as to adjust a thickness of the cushion pad and to simultaneously attach the cushion pad to both sides or one side. Particularly, as a yoga-exclusive sock, the cushion pad is attached to a part of a frictional surface during yoga moves so as to strengthen grip with a floor and complexly provide a shock absorption function and a nonslip quality, and the cushion pad includes air holes to be smoothly ventilated.
