The storage medium includes one or more programming instructions that, when executed, cause the processing device to prompt a user to select a desired program, to input a desired line speed time, and to input a plurality of line control data. The data is converted into a simulated data and transferred to the first programmable logic controller device, which causes at least one machine of the plurality of machinery to move in a predetermined manner based on the simulated data.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING A PLURALITY OF DRILL RIGS
Disclosed herein are a control method and system. The system includes: a deactivation control; a control centre controller for storing an association between the deactivation control and a selected set of mine sites; a plurality of autonomous drill rigs, each drill rig having a drill shutdown module to disable a function of the respective drill rig upon receipt of a deactivation command; and a mine site controller associated with each mine site, each mine site controller being coupled to all autonomous drill rigs located at the respective mine site with which the mine site controller is associated. Activating the deactivation control transmits a deactivation command from the deactivation control to the control centre controller. The control centre controller forwards the deactivation command to a mine site controller associated with each mine site in the set of mine sites for distribution to all autonomous drill rigs at that mine site.

A system provides a design interface for designing and implementing graphical user interfaces that users can access through web browsers. Depending on the configuration of the graphical user interfaces, the users may be able to monitor and control industrial processes by interacting with components that correspond to the industrial processes as displayed in user interfaces at client devices. The design interface includes functionality for selecting preprogrammed components, or for generating new components for display. The design interface further allows designers to associate data values received from a variety of sources with properties of the components in the user interfaces. In particular, properties associated with a component of an interface are stored in property tree structures, making dynamic changes to the components possible. Data bindings between subtrees representing components and sets of data from industrial and other sources allows for designs that scale with the availability of the data.

The present disclosure relates to a human machine interface (HMI) system easily applicable to each of a plurality of control management systems. An HMI system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a module generation unit configured to generate an interface module of a control management system selected by an input of a user based on a source code data corresponding to at least one system component, source code data corresponding to each of one or more engineering components, and profile data corresponding to each of a plurality of control management systems. As a result, the HMI system may provide a plurality of interface modules applied to the plurality of control management systems, and thus there is an advantage in which compatibility may be improved.
