Grip Enhancement and Protection for the Feet
This document presents a footwear article that covers the foot and ankle of the wearer. The footwear object protects the wearer's feet and ankle while improving blood circulation, and supporting the toes, arches, and ankles of the wearer. The footwear object is manufactured of layered fabrics that are knitted and/or woven from both man-made and natural fibers. The footwear object has portions providing compression, padding, and grip to provide support and prevent injury to the wearer's feet and ankles.
Garment
A garment (10) comprising a grip coating located on inner and outer surfaces of a garment section (12) so as to generate in use friction between a wearer's skin and the garment (10) and friction between the garment (10) and an external contact surface. The grip coating includes a first array of grip elements (14) located on the inner surface of the garment section (12) and a second array of grip elements (16) located on the outer surface of the garment section (12). The first and second arrays are arranged relative to each other so that the grip elements (14,16) of the first and second arrays are offset relative to each other and do not overlie or overlap each other.
Foot Cushioning Device
A foot cushioning device for enhancing comfort includes a shell and a plurality of pads. The shell is tubular and has an open end so that the shell is configured to insert a foot through the open end. The shell is flexible so that the shell is configured to conform to the foot that is positioned in the shell. A plurality of first couplers is coupled to an exterior surface of the shell. The pads are resilient. Each of a plurality of second couplers is coupled to a respective pad. The second coupler is positioned to selectively couple to a respective first coupler to couple the respective pad to the shell, positioning the respective pad to cushion a portion of the foot that is positioned in the shell adjacent to the respective pad.
Anti-slip device
An anti-slip device, including at least one main body, including an outer surface to resist movement across a ground surface, and an inner surface to connect to footwear.
Medical system or tool to counteract the adverse anatomical and medical effects of unnatural supination of the subtalar joint
A smartphone or other mobile computer device, general purpose or specialized, wherein the smartphone device is configured to actively control the configuration of one or more bladders, compartments, chambers or internal sipes and one or more sensors located in either one or both of a sole or a removable inner sole insert of the footwear of the user and/or located in an apparatus worn or carried by the user, glued unto the user, or implanted in the user. The one or more bladders, compartments, chambers, or sipes, and one or more sensors are configured for computer control. A sole and/or a removable inner sole insert for footwear, including one or more bladders, compartments, chambers, internal sipes and sensors in the sole and/or in a removable insert; or on an insole; all being configured for control by a smartphone or other mobile computer device, general purpose or specialized.
Sock or the like comprising sock structure with biomechanical effects particularly suitable for football. cycling and similar sports
A sock includes a foot part and a leg part extending up to below the knee and has, in one or more areas of its surface extension, one or more structural modification elements of a layer of mesh forming the wall of the sock. Those structural modification elements may be printed, for example, screen-printed, intertwined, and/or incorporated in the structure of the mesh, and are configured to respect the functionality of the leg and foot according to biomechanical, circulatory and neurological aspects to harmonize those effects with each other and obtain therapeutic, preventive and performance-enhancing efficacy. Two embodiments are specifically configured for activities that require rapid changes of direction, such as football, rugby, basketball, tennis, or paddle, and for activities that require the transmission of intense thrusts such as cycling or golf.
BLISTER-PREVENTING NONSLIP SMART SOCK
The present invention relates to a blister-preventing nonslip smart sock. The blister-preventing nonslip smart sock includes: a sock body in which a foot accommodation portion is formed; a plurality of first nonslip points which are provided on the inner surface of the foot accommodation portion; and a plurality of second nonslip points which are provided on the outer surface of the foot accommodation portion. The blister-preventing nonslip smart sock has the advantage of enabling mass production because it has a simple configuration. Furthermore, the blister-preventing nonslip smart sock has the advantage of preventing the sock from being taken off undesirably or preventing a blister from being caused because pluralities of nonslip points are provided on the inner and outer surfaces of the foot accommodation portion of the sock body, thereby preventing a slip from occurring when a user
ANTI-SLIP SOCK
An anti-slip sock includes a sock body configured to be worn on a human foot. The sock body woven from fabric yarn threads defines opposite outer and inner surfaces and has a sock sole. The sock sole corresponds to a sole of the foot with the inner surface facing the foot. The sock sole is woven from the fabric yarn threads together with anti-slip yarn threads. The sock sole is provided with a protective means that prevents the human foot from contacting the anti-slip yarn threads. Thereby, contact between the anti-slip yarn threads and human skin and in turn the risk of skin irritation can be eliminated.
SMARTPHONE-CONTROLLED ACTIVE CONFIGURATION OF FOOTWEAR, INCLUDING WITH CONCAVELY ROUNDED SOLES
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A KNITTED FABRIC
A method for producing a knitted fabric part which is knitted from at least one thread and which in one or a plurality of regions on the knitted fabric external side and/or the knitted fabric internal side is equipped with a coating, wherein, for configuring the coating, a material comprising free-flowing particles is applied in the region to the knitted fabric, said material subsequently being melted or fused by heating, whereupon the material is cooled while forming the coating.
