A method for using a glidable aquatic garment for sliding on a floor of a swimming pool includes providing a pair of socks including a first sock and a second sock. The first and second socks are positioned on feet of a user of the pair of socks. Each sock has a bottom surface comprising a silicone material being capable of gliding upon a vinyl material of a floor of a swimming pool containing water. Each of the first and second socks has an ankle portion being extendable over a respective ankle of the user. The user of the pair of socks enters the swimming pool containing water and abuts the socks upon the floor of the swimming pool to glide the feet upon said pool floor.
