Root crop harvester
A root crop harvester has a lifting device picking up a mixture of crop and admixtures. Screening belts downstream of the lifting device transport the mixture away from the lifting device. A feed belt feeds the mixture to a sorting zone where a separating device is arranged above the feed belt. A sorting belt is arranged downstream of the separating device that has first and second stripper belts circulating in a stripping direction and provided with stripper elements. The stripper elements act on the crop transverse to a feed direction and supply the crop to the sorting belt. The admixtures remain on the feed belt and are discharged in a guiding direction angled to the stripping direction. At least one of the stripper belts has a discharge section with an incline smaller than 55° relative to the stripper plane and has in sections a non-round contour and a constant incline.
CONVEYOR WITH SHOCK-ABSORBING BOOM
A shock-absorbing conveyor boom includes a proximal portion and a distal portion, hingedly connected to the proximal portion, the proximal and distal portions supporting a laterally flexible endless conveyor belt. The distal portion is pivotal in a generally horizontal plane, and is biased toward longitudinal alignment with the proximal portion, whereby physical shock applied to the distal portion can be absorbed by lateral deflection of the distal portion.
Universal belted chain
Universal belted chain including a first belt, a second belt, a first rod, a first fastener and a second fastener. The first belt has a first upper surface and a first lower surface. The first lower surface has a first channel formed therein. The second belt has a second upper surface and a second lower surface. The second lower surface has a second channel formed therein. The first fastener attaches the first rod to the first upper surface by extending the first fastener through the first belt. An end of the first fastener opposite the first rod is recessed in the first channel with respect to the first lower surface. The second fastener attaches the first rod to the second upper surface by extending the second fastener through the second belt. An end of the second fastener opposite the first rod is recessed in the second channel with respect to the second lower surface.
AN APPARATUS FOR CLEANING NARROW ROOT CROPS, A CORRESPONDING CLEANING APPARATUS, A HARVESTING AND CLEAING MACHINE AND A METHOD
Apparatus for cleaning narrow root crops including a roller device with two rotatable rollers forming a separating crop inlet, a separating track, a coarse material outlet, a fine material outlet, and a roller gap, and a conveyor downstream of the roller device. The separating track is formed by the top of the rollers and the fine material outlet is located below the roller gap. The coarse material outlet is at the end of the separating track opposite the separating material inlet. The roller gap is large enough to allow the narrow root crops to pass through to the fine crop outlet and small enough to retain coarse material that has a minimum dimension greater than the maximum root diameter, and transport it to the coarse material outlet. The conveyor is below the roller gap at the fine material outlet and receives all narrow root crops passing through the roller gap.

Belt clip set, rod belt, and method for affixing the belt clip set on a rod belt
The present disclosure relates to a belt clip set comprising a belt clip and at least two pilot bolts, the belt clip comprising a first leg having at least two guide openings and a second leg having at least two thread openings each associated with the guide openings. Each pilot bolt comprising a threaded region with an external thread, a bolt head for tightening the pilot bolt, and a tapered pin opposite the bolt head, where each pilot bolt can be received with some play in one of the guide openings in the first leg and via its threaded region screwed into the respective associated thread opening in the second leg, where each pilot bolt can be received with some play in one of the guide openings in the first leg and via its threaded region screwed into the respective associated thread opening in the second leg.
SCREENING BELT UNIT FOR A HARVESTING MACHINE, AND CORRESPONDING FLAP UNIT
A screening belt unit is provided for a harvesting machine or harvested material transportation device and for screening extraneous material out of a mixture of harvested material and extraneous material. A screening belt has at least two endless carriers, preferably in the form of carrier belts or chains, between which screening bars are arranged in a direction transversely to the conveying direction. The screening bars form a plurality of screening bar units that comprise in each case at least two screening bars. At least a part of the screening bars is fixed so as to be movable relative to the endless carriers. The screening belt unit has a positioning means arranged at least locally along the screening belt and acts on the movable screening bars and via which, in the screening zone S as seen in the screening direction, a spacing A in the conveying direction F of successive screening bars is defined. Furthermore, a flap unit, a screening belt and a harvesting machine or a harvested material transportation device are provided.
