An athletic sock or bandage made of a base textile comprises a tubular stocking leg having a collar, on which compression elements are arranged over the course of the stocking leg, which have a structure, yarn thickness, or yarn material differing from the base textile. At least two opposing helices are used as the compression elements, which are embodied circumferentially around the stocking leg from the foot arch in the direction of the collar, and which cross at least once and are connected to the base textile in that the knitting pattern or the yarn of the helices is fastened to the base textile to provide stabilizing support. At least one additional cushion is formed on the base textile on a front side of the athletic sock or bandage along a shin region, which protrudes from the collar to a foot arch and at least partially overlaps the crossing helices.
Pads with three dimensional image element
A shin guard includes a protective plate having a front face and a rear face. The rear face is contoured to fit around a shin of a wearer of the shin guard. Further, the shin guard includes a three dimensional image element carried on the front face. This image element projects an image outline through a sock worn over the shin guard. A sports pad is provided including an outer shell defining a pocket and a pad received and held in the pocket. A three dimensional image element is captured between said outer shell and the front face of the pad. That image element projects an image outline through the outer shell to enhance the uniform of the player wearing the sports pad.

Low profile sock device
A low profile sock device may include a body for receiving portions of a foot of a user. A first retainer may be configured to tension portions of the body, such as a first side and/or a heel region towards a portion of an upper foot region that the first retainer may be coupled to. A second retainer may be configured to tension portions of the body, such as a second side and/or a heel region towards a portion of the upper foot region that the second retainer may be coupled to. The retainers may be used to tension the body to the foot of a user to increase friction between the body and the foot prevent walking/running motion from pushing the body downward at the back of the foot while allowing the body to remain hidden while being worn with a shoe.

Anatomical Supportive Sock with Breathable Protective Sole
A footwear device is disclosed herein that includes a knitted outer sock with an anatomical sole attached to its external bottom surface. The anatomical sole includes a raised arch support region and may, in some embodiments, include a plurality of apertures extending from a top surface of the sole through to a bottom surface of the sole. In other embodiments, however, the anatomical sole may be free from apertures. The anatomical sole may be shaped to curve upward along one or more of its edges (e.g., on a medial side and on a lateral side). In these and other embodiments, the anatomical sole may curve upward in a heel region to wrap around a heel area of the outer sock. An inner sock may optionally be positioned within the outer sock to provide additional cushioning and support.
