Power tap with adjustable configuration
Systems and methods are provided for a power tap with adjustable configuration. The power tap includes a circuit board that acts on the adjustable configuration to define the function of the power tap in the system. The power tap may include a microcontroller or a set of discrete logic disposed on a circuit board connected to an adjustable configuration mechanism, which defines the intelligent power tap's function in the network system.
Gas tube-switched flexible alternating current transmission system
A var compensator circuit is provided. The var compensator circuit includes a gas tube switch and a reactive impedance. The gas tube switch is configured to be coupled to a transmission line. The transmission line is configured to deliver real power and reactive power to a load at an alternating current (AC) line voltage. The reactive impedance is configured to be coupled to the transmission line at the AC line voltage through the gas tube switch. The reactive impedance is configured to modify the reactive power configured to be delivered to the load.
POWER SUPPLY UNIT FOR AEROSOL GENERATION DEVICE
A power supply unit for an aerosol generation device includes: a power supply configured to supply power to a heater configured to heat an aerosol source; a receptacle configured to receive power for charging the power supply from a plug connected to an external power supply; a charger configured to control charging of the power supply by power received by the receptacle; and a controller. The receptacle and the power supply are connected in parallel with the charger, and the charger is configured to supply power from the receptacle and the power supply to the controller via the charger.
POWER STORAGE SYSTEM DATA COLLECTION DEVICE, POWER STORAGE SYSTEM DATA COLLECTION METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A power storage system data collection device includes a data collection unit configured to collect operational data of a power storage system from the power storage system, a data processing unit configured to generate processed data by processing the operational data collected by the data collection unit, and a data transmission unit configured to transmit the processed data generated by the data processing unit to a data platform, in which the data processing unit includes an address information unit that stores or acquires address information indicating at which address of the operational data an item that needs to be subjected to address conversion to generate the processed data among the operational data collected by the data collection unit is present, and the address information is different for each manufacturer of components of the power storage system.
Programmable Logic Controller
The invention relates to a programmable logic controller having an energy supply that provides electric energy to operate the unit and having at least one measurement input, with the measurement input being configured to measure and/or detect an electrical input signal. The programmable logic controller is characterized in that at least some of the electric energy of the input signal is supplied to the energy supply.
CONTROLLER, CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A control unit included in a PLC generates power-cut retaining information to be retained at a power cut, and stores the generated power-cut retaining information into a main memory. The control unit includes a file system unit for reading and writing target information from and into a nonvolatile memory. When the file system unit receives a power cut notification indicating a cut of power fed while reading or writing target information from or into a nonvolatile memory, the file system unit stops the reading or writing process, and writes the power-cut retaining information stored in the main memory into the nonvolatile memory using power fed from the auxiliary power supply.
PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER
A power supply circuit in a PLC includes a first node that receives a DC voltage with a first level, a second node that outputs a voltage for driving a control unit, wiring connecting the first and second nodes, a first rectifier on the wiring having a forward direction from the first node to the second node, a charger for charging and discharging, a first converter that converts a discharging voltage from the charger into a DC voltage with a second level lower than the first level and outputs the voltage, and a second rectifier connected between an output of the first converter and the second node to have a forward direction from the first converter to the second node.
