A wearable resistance exercise garment and method of resistance exercise provides stretchy material athletic pants with elastic bands attached at the ankle ends for resistance exercises. The wearer pulls one end of the elastic bands in a first direction to generate an external resistance force that is counterbalanced by the weight and feet of the wearer. The pants have an upper waist section and a pair of legs terminating at two ankle ends. The ankle ends form openings that enable passage of the feet. A hook and loop fastener strap regulates the snugness around the ankle. A fastenable pocket forms at ankle ends. Elastic bands have a first end fixedly attach to the pocket, and a second end that can be grasped by the wearer. The bands are pulled in first direction and manipulated for resistance training. When not in use, the bands are tucked into their respective pockets.

Concepts provided are directed to a sock having a toe seam that is primarily located on a lateral side of the sock. The sock may comprise a foot locating feature to ensure that the wearer dons a right footed sock on a right foot and a left footed sock on a left foot so that the toe seam is localized to the lateral side of the wearer's foot when the sock is worn by the wearer.

A running tight having preconfigured compression zones with integrated structure patterns is provided herein. The compression zones may have differing compression forces where zones having a higher compression force are located at the thigh area and calf area of the tight, and zones having a lower compression force are located at the waist area and knee area of the tight. The integrated structure patterns modify the compression forces of the zones in the areas where the patterns are located in order to further customize the compressive properties of the running tight.

A leg covering is disclosed. The leg covering has a tubular body with a proximal end and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The proximal end is disposed at an upper half of the tubular body and the distal end disposed at a lower half of the tubular body. The tubular body includes an inner surface and an outer surface. A plurality of folds is disposed on the outer surface where the plurality of folds is formed by a plurality of elastic bands coupled to the inner surface of the tubular body.

A leg covering is disclosed. The leg covering has a tubular body with a proximal end and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The proximal end is disposed at an upper half of the tubular body and the distal end disposed at a lower half of the tubular body. The tubular body includes an inner surface and an outer surface. A plurality of folds is disposed on the outer surface where the plurality of folds is formed by a plurality of elastic bands coupled to the inner surface of the tubular body.

A pedicure sock for use following a pedicure, during and/or after toe nails are painted, to keep the feet warm without disturbing the toenail area includes a full front opening, full front closure, a split central sock body that forms an elongated, hollow member when closed, an open toe area integral with the distal end of the central sock body, and a heel section integral with the proximal end of the central sock body. The open toe section is defined by a plurality of attached toe separators, each of which is to be positioned between the toes and fastened in place on the top on a wearer's foot so as to allow the toes to be separated and extend outside of the sock when the rest of the foot is inside the sock. The full front opening/closure and toe separators allow for easy removal of the sock so as not to disturb the pedicure when the sock is removed.

A garment for reducing pain associated with pes planus includes an ankle band having an anterior portion and a posterior portion; and a foot portion that includes a first band wrapping around the foot portion. The first band has a superior portion and an inferior portion. The garment also includes a plurality of lift bands extending from the anterior portion of the ankle band to at least the superior portion of the first band so as to provide a pull on the superior portion of the first band toward the anterior portion of the ankle band.
