TOP BAND FOR GARMENTS, IN PARTICULAR FOR MEDICAL COMPRESSION STOCKINGS OR BANDAGES
A top band (1, 1) for garments (2), in particular for medical compression stockings or bandages, comprising a flexible basic body (3, 3) with an inside (4, 4) facing the garment (2) and an outside (5, 5), wherein the flexible basic body (3, 3) comprises a fastening section (7, 7) for the garment (2) on the inside (4, 4) next to a coupling section (6, 6), and wherein the fastening section (7, 7) is formed by an edge-side recess (8, 8) in the flexible basic body (3, 3), so that the garment (2) can be fastened, offset from the coupling section (6, 6) of the flexible basic body (3, 3), in the recess (8, 8).
Compression device
A compression article which is produced from an elastic textile material, in particular a knitted fabric, and which is provided with at least one elastic holding strap which protects against slipping on the body part, characterized in that the holding strap is produced using a friction thread which is located in places on the strap inner side on the surface of the strap.
THERMAL TRANSFER FOOTWEAR; SOCK OR STOCKING
The product relates to a heat-regulating sock (1) with heat-conducting materials in certain areas. In one example embodiment the device may provide a means of conducting heat in and around the foot and leg. Heat can be intentionally transferred from one area of the foot to another, from an area of the leg to an area of the foot, from an area of leg to an area of the foot, from the foot to the localized atmosphere, or from the localized atmosphere to the foot. To this end, the inventive sock has at least one thermally conductive material (2) touching a portion of the foot or leg, in one or multiple locations, and conducting heat towards other regions of the foot or away from the contacted area of the foot with one or more additional materials insulating the conductive material.
Compression knit fabric component
A compression knit fabric, in particular a flat-knit fabric, composed of at least one knitted yarn and an incorporated elastic weft yarn, with a first knit fabric section having a compressive first base weave, to which is attached a second knit fabric section having a second weave different from the base weave which imparts to the second knit fabric section greater elasticity in the longitudinal and/or transverse direction of the knit fabric section than in the first knit fabric section, to which is attached a third knit fabric section having a third weave different from the first base weave and second base weave which imparts to the third knit fabric section greater elasticity in the longitudinal and/or transverse direction of the knit fabric section than in the second knit fabric section.
SOCK WITH INTERNAL GRIPPING SURFACE
A sock with internal gripping surface having a unitary sock body of a flexible fabric material, with an upper terminal end defining an enclosed upper opening, with a distal end opposing the upper terminal end, and with an inner surface enclosing and defining a sock cavity spanning from the enclosed upper opening to the distal end and having a plurality of elastic protuberances each extending inwardly from the inner surface and into the sock cavity a length of approximately 0.25-1.25 mm, continually spanning around a circumference of the inner surface, disposed in tightly spaced configuration with one another, and spanning approximately 35-45 mm from a point proximal to the upper terminal end.
ATHLETIC TRACTION SOCK
A single-layer sock preferably formed of interconnected pieces with at least one of the pieces strategically placed for stabilizing a foot within a shoe and at least one piece comprised of gripping material.
ATHLETIC TRACTION SOCK
A single-layer sock preferably formed of interconnected pieces with at least one of the pieces strategically placed for stabilizing a foot within a shoe and at least one piece comprised of gripping material.
Self-adhesive posture and splinting band in particular for compression stocking
A self-adhesive band or complex has a textile support structure with a coating for securing to the skin of a wearer. The textile support structure includes an extensible, aerated, finely knitted or woven support structure having, at least on its inner face, a thin coating having immediate and high adhesive properties. The coating has a degree of softness to conform to microreliefs of the wearer's skin, and an elastic modulus at least as low as that of the substrate against which it is in contact to match the microreliefs thereof.
LEG GARMENT WITH EXPANSIVE PANEL
A flexible garment combining knitted portions with an expansive panel comprised of expansive materials and specifically four way stretch materials to accommodate a range of leg sizes and provide a compression gradient when worn. An article of manufacture and a method of producing a flexible garment with an expansive panel are disclosed.
