METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CALIBRATING AN X-RAY APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for calibrating an X-ray apparatus. The X-ray apparatus may include an X-ray detector and a collimator. To calibrate the X-ray apparatus, the methods and systems may include moving the X-ray detector from a first position to a second position along a first axis of a coordinate system, wherein the first position is under a scanning table, and the second position is outside the scanning table; moving the collimator to align the collimator with the X-ray detector at the second position; determining one or more parameters; and determining a second value of the first encoder when the collimator is aligned with the X-ray detector at the first position based on the one or more parameters.
X-RAY TABLE AND X-RAY SYSTEM COMPRISING SAME
An X-ray table and an X-ray system including the X-ray table are provided. The X-ray table can reversibly rotate without interfering with an X-ray imaging unit while a top surface thereof faces the X-ray imaging unit.

The ultraviolet light source irradiates an imaging table, a face guard, a pressing plate, and the like with the ultraviolet light in a case where a turn-on command signal input from an operator through an input device is input.

The invention describes a device suspension arrangement comprising a ceiling region, at least one mobile device comprising a ceiling interface with at least one freely rotatable element arranged to partially protrude from the ceiling interface to facilitate movement of the suspended device to an arbitrary ceiling position; and at least one magnetic field generator realised to generate a magnetic field between the ceiling region and the ceiling interface of a mobile device. The invention further describes a mobile device for use in such a device suspension arrangement.

A particle radiation therapy apparatus 10 includes: a bed 15 for positioning of a patient 12; irradiation ports 16 (16a, 16b) that output a particle beam in a treatment room 11; a horizontal-direction imaging unit 21 composed of a first X-ray source 25 and a first X-ray detector 26 that face each other with the bed 15 interposed therebetween; a vertical-direction imaging unit 22 composed of a second X-ray source 27 and a second X-ray detector 28 that face each other with the bed 15 interposed therebetween; a storage room 18 for housing the first X-ray detector 26 under the floor when the horizontal-direction imaging unit 21 is not used; and a support member 23 that moves the first X-ray detector 26 above the floor and supports it between the bed 15 and the side of the irradiation ports 16 when the horizontal-direction imaging unit 21 is used.

An x-ray head support boom has a number of tube segments coupled together in series. Each segment may be formed from a flexible membrane and encloses a jammable medium that transitions between a fluidic state and a rigid state in response to an applied force. Each segment is coupled to an actuator for application of the force. At least one cable is coupled to one or more tube segments to apply a tensile force to bend the series of tube segments.
Radiographic system and control method thereof
A radiographic system includes a photographic unit; an operating panel including a button configured to be pressed to indicate that a movement direction of the photographic unit is to be limited to a specific movement direction; a measurement unit provided between the operating panel and the photographic unit and configured to measure a magnitude and a direction of an external force applied to the operating panel; and a drive unit configured to move the photographic unit only in the specific movement direction based on the magnitude and the direction of the external force measured by the measurement unit in response to the button being pressed.
Hybrid operating room
A hybrid operating room with support structure. The hybrid operating room includes an interior for use in the imaging of and performance of surgery on a patient, the interior including a ceiling. The hybrid operating room also includes a support assembly positioned above the unit for supporting equipment used in conjunction with such imaging and surgery so that the equipment extends downwardly from the ceiling into the interior. The support assembly is designed to support a load of at least 3,500 pounds, and more in certain implementations.
