A method of alarm of a screw-locking error includes retrieving a confidence interval of screw-locking parameter data of different screw specifications, setting locking parameter data of a screw-locking process according to a range of the confidence intervals, acquiring locking parameter data in real time, collating the acquired locking parameter data, analyzing the collated locking parameter data to obtain normal locking parameter data and abnormal locking parameter data, and analyzing the abnormal locking parameter data to obtain an error type of each abnormal locking parameter data. The abnormal locking parameter data and the corresponding error type of the abnormal locking parameter data are reported.

In example implementations, a method is provided. The method may be executed by a processor of a fluid dispensing apparatus. The method includes storing a correction factor for an unqualified fluid. A request to dispense the unqualified fluid is received. A dispense parameter is adjusted in accordance with the correction factor. Then, the unqualified fluid is dispensed in accordance with the dispense parameter that is adjusted.

A press and a process for operating it, has an upper tool and a lower tool for shaping a workpiece and a work unit including a press drive and/or a drawing device, is controllable by a controller, to perform the shaping process. The controller outputs, to the work unit, press process values, which define the sequence of events of the shaping process. Workpiece parameters characterize, for example, the material and/or the shape and/or at least one dimension and/or quality of the workpiece, which still has to be shaped or has already been shaped. The controller is assigned a composition matrix which contains, for each defined workpiece parameter and for each defined press process value, an individually changeable function, to describe the relationship between every one of the defined workpiece parameters and the defined press process values. This composition matrix allows a quick and rapid adjustment and adaptation of the press.
System and method for using ramped setpoint temperature variation with networked thermostats to improve efficiency
The invention comprises systems and methods for ramping setpoints on thermostats controlling HVAC systems. At least one thermostat is located inside a structure and is used to control an HVAC system in the structure. At least one remote processor is in communication with said thermostat and at least one database stores data reported by the thermostat. At least one processor compares the outside temperature at at least one location and at least one point in time to information reported to the remote processor from the thermostat. The remote processor ramps the setpoint on the thermostat so as to reduce the average spread between inside temperature and outside temperature in order to reduce energy consumption with affecting comfort. The remote processor takes into account the effect of weather conditions and occupant preferences in determining whether and when to ramp setpoints.
Choke control tuned by flow coefficient for controlled pressure drilling
A computerized control is used in controlling a choke when drilling a wellbore with a drilling system. The computerized control obtains a measured value of a parameter in the drilling system and controls the parameter in the drilling system using the choke. The computerized control obtains indications of an error between a set point of the parameter and the measured value of the parameter in the drilling system, a flow coefficient character of the choke, and a current position of the choke. Based on these indications, the computerized control then determines a position adjustment for the choke and adjusting the parameter in the drilling system by applying the position adjustment to the choke.

The controller acquires measurement data of three or more planes of the measurement object from the sensor, the planes having different normal vectors. The controller finds, from the acquired measurement data, a transformation expression that integrates a coordinate system of the sensor at the second position into a coordinate system of the sensor at the first position.
