Method and apparatus for setting imaging environment by using signals transmitted by plurality of clients
A method and apparatus for setting an imaging environment of a medical apparatus based on one or more signals transmitted from a plurality of clients are provided. The method of setting an imaging environment of a medical apparatus based on one or more signals transmitted from a plurality of clients includes transmitting information regarding an imaging operation of the medical apparatus to the plurality of clients, receiving one or more response signals with respect to the information from the plurality of clients, and setting the imaging environment of the medical apparatus based on the one or more response signals.
X-ray imaging apparatus, medical image processing apparatus, X-ray imaging method and medical image processing method
According to one embodiment, an X-ray imaging apparatus includes an X-ray image acquisition unit, a control system and a display processing part. The X-ray image acquisition unit acquires X-ray image data of an object by using at least one imaging system. The control system controls the imaging system to acquire X-ray image data corresponding to different directions by reciprocating the imaging system repeatedly. The display processing part acquires X-ray image data for stereoscopic viewing out of the X-ray image data corresponding to the different directions to generate and display stereoscopically visible image data on a display unit based on the X-ray image data for the stereoscopic viewing. The X-ray image data for the stereoscopic viewing are acquired in a period without a motion or a possibility of the motion in an imaging part of the object.
Radiation detection apparatus, radiation imaging system, and method of manufacturing radiation detection apparatus
A radiation detection apparatus includes a plurality of detection substrates on which photoelectrical conversion elements are arranged, a plate configured to support the plurality of detection substrates, a scintillator, and a plurality of bonding material members configured to bond the plurality of detection substrates and the scintillator. The plurality of bonding material members bond one-side surfaces of the plurality of detection substrates and a one-side surface of the scintillator, and the plurality of bonding material members are separated from each other and arranged so that outer edges of the plurality of bonding material members are not positioned between the plurality of detection substrates.
METHOD OF HUB COMMUNICATION, PROCESSING, STORAGE AND DISPLAY
Disclosed is a method including detecting a modular surgical device within bounds of a surgical operating room; connecting the modular surgical device to a surgical hub; connecting the surgical hub to a cloud-based system; transmitting surgical data associated with a surgical procedure being performed in the surgical operating room from the modular surgical device to the surgical hub; and transmitting the surgical data from the surgical hub to the cloud-based system.
MEDICAL USER INTERFACES AND RELATED METHODS OF USE
A medical system for use in a lithotripsy procedure may include a processor configured to receive input from a first imaging device, wherein the first imaging device may be configured to send image data representative of an image captured in a lumen of a kidney, bladder, or ureter to the processor. The processor may be configured to display the image on a display device coupled to the processor, and analyze the image to sense the presence of an object within the image. If an object was sensed within the image, the processor may analyze the image to estimate a size of the object, and display the estimate on the display device.
Supporting device and X-ray diagnostic apparatus
A supporting device according to an embodiment includes a holder, a supporter, and a controller. The holder holds a user terminal that includes a detection surface that detects an input operation by an operator. The supporter is connected to the holder and is movably provided so as to locate a user terminal at a predetermined position, the user terminal being held by the holder. The controller fixes the supporter in a state where the supporter is located at a predetermined position when the detection surface detects the input operation.
MOBILE RADIOGRAPHY CALIBRATION FOR TOMOSYNTHESIS USING EPIPOLAR GEOMETRY
A method for geometric calibration of a mobile radiography apparatus, executed at least in part by a computer, acquires a series of tomosynthesis projection images of a patient positioned between an x-ray source of the mobile radiography apparatus and a detector that is positionally uncoupled from the x-ray source. A vector field is generated having a first set of vectors indicative of feature movement between a first acquired projection image and a second acquired projection image. The generated vector field is associated with an epipolar geometry according to an optimization of an energy relationship between an epipolar model and the generated vector field values. The mobile radiography apparatus is calibrated according to the associated model epipolar geometry. At least a portion of the tomosynthesis image is reconstructed and displayed.
Stationary intraoral tomosynthesis imaging systems, methods, and computer readable media for three dimensional dental imaging
Intraoral three-dimensional (3D) tomosynthesis imaging systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media are used to generate one or more two-dimensional (2D) x-ray projection images and to reconstruct, using a computing platform, the one or more 2D x-ray projection images into one or more 3D images of an object, such as teeth of a patient, which can then be displayed on a monitor in order to enhance diagnostic accuracy of dental disease. The intraoral 3D tomosynthesis imaging system can include a wall-mountable control unit connected to one end of an articulating arm, the other end of which is connected to an x-ray source, which is configured to generate x-ray radiation that is acquired by an x-ray detector held at a desired position by an x-ray detector holder that is removably coupled to a collimator at an emission region of the x-ray source.
Patient viewing system
A method of viewing a patient including inserting a catheter is described for health procedure navigation. A CT scan is carried out on a body part of a patient. Raw data from the CT scan is processed to create three-dimensional image data, storing the image data in the data store. Projectors receive generated light in a pattern representative of the image data and waveguides guide the light to a retina of an eye of a viewer while light from an external surface of the body transmits to the retina of the eye so that the viewer sees the external surface of the body augmented with the processed data rendering of the body part.
Multi-screen imaging system for improved workflow
A tube arm assembly is rotatably connected to the floor mounted gantry of a breast imaging system. A support arm connected to the tube arm assembly can be independently rotated and positioned in a first angle, second angle, and a level position. A compression arm is configured to support a breast compression paddle and is linearly positionable on the support arm. Display screens and a sensor are disposed on an upper surface of the compression arm. Based on a signal received from the sensor, a controller is configured to change the read-ready orientation of each arm display.
